I was actually dreading the whole experience of having a new Boiler fitted. How wrong could I be. Mark was absolutely brilliant from my first phone conversation, actual visit and then fitting of the boiler. All done within days.
You just wouldnβt think he had been . No mess no damage and absolutely nothing left behind for me to dispose of.
I can not recommend Mark enough.
His work, products, service and prices just can not be beaten.

Long-story short: Mark and Tom are simply outstanding! They actually showed up to carry out a quick investigation/check before commencing the works, and they confirmed all the faults I initially told them about (even though Iβm not a plumbing engineer), and on top of these, they went the extra mile and introduced improvements to the whole system in order to preserve it in top shape long-term!
As I am a very particular/picky/fussy/asking-lot-of-questions type of customer, I have explained all the issues that the plumbing system in our house had previously experienced, and the improvements that we might want for the system long-term (Iβm not working in the trade, but I am a highly-technical person).
It took only 2 days to come and assess the current situation, and then 2 extra days for the works to start (ordering parts and all that jazz), which is impressive, taking into consideration that I had previously reached out to more than 6 other plumbers in the area, and their response was lacking, to put it mildlyβ¦
Additionally, they would always be happy to answer the questions I would have for them, as I wanted to understand how things work together, and why certain things are installed the way they are.
My missus and I recommend them without any sort of hesitation, because they know what they are doing, and (it is surprising we have to say thisβ¦) they respond to calls and/or messages!

Very impressed with their service ,they arrived on time ,worked hard to get the job done .They were very thorough,returning the next morning to check that the system was functioning correctly .
Communication was great from booking to completing the job.
A very competitive price as well which was honoured even though a few extras were needed .

Mark and Tom were amazing, they came to look at boiler, it needed a part but we decided to go for a new boiler instead. They managed to get hot water going for us while we waited for new boiler which was arranged to be fitted ever so quickly. They were professional from the start to finish. Very clean and very tidy too.
Very knowledgeable, explained everything along the way. I cannot recommend them enough.

M.C.S Gas Heating Services were recommended to us by a friend who has used them on several occasions. After a consultation with Mark Currell he advised a replacement boiler and offered a selection of options which were within my budget.
We set a date for the installation. Mark and his apprentice, Tom, arrived at the agreed date and time and immediately started work. There was an unexpected hitch, as my water stopcock required replacing. Mark quickly sourced the parts for this and fixed the problem.
While he was doing that he was guiding Tom in the preparation for the removal of the old boiler and installation of the new. Throughout the work Mark and Tom were friendly and professional. They advised me on the progress of the work and were respectful as they moved around my home. My kitchen is quite compact but they managed the situation with good humour.
I am pleased to provide this review and will be recommending M.C.S to my friends and neighbours.

Mark was professional from start to finish! He answered my call whilst he was on holiday and got in contact with a date as soon as he had returned. Unlike many others!

Needed a new boiler fitted and in a different
room which required some complicated pipe work doing, reliable, tidy, did exactly what he said he would and got the job done nicely, also supplied excellent boiler. Does all boiler and plumbing for a relative too and they wont use anyone else.
