Absolutely fantastic service from Hydropool Bristol Who helped me selecting the best pool for myself as I need to do hydrotherapy exercises following a road accident that left me disabled. There was no hard Sales techniques or pushy X timeshare salesman the whole team was just so helpful if I ever need to replace the pool I know I would not think twice about going back to Hydropool Bristol and can highly recommend them.
Hydropool have been absolutely brilliant to deal with throughout. Excellent advice regarding the tubs available and what worked best for us within our budget. The installation and handover was straightforward. After care and advice since the installation has been second to none. We live 50 miles from the showroom but when we had a minor issue the engineer was with us the next day and all sorted in minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Hydropool to anyone. Thanks
I purchased my hydropool aqua trainer 17AX it was an amazing experience, the team were awesome from start to finish, we were kept updated all the way through the process and the sales staff were extremely flexible and helpful, a pleasurable experience and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting a swimspa or hot tub. The guys were great installing and handing over the spa too, afterwards I felt confident in looking after my pool and especially using all the chemicals. I did a lot of research before getting my swimspa and I can honestly say this was the best one for me and my family.
We basically bought our Hydropool over the phone from Carl, he was a fantastic help with all our questions , Our install was a little unusual but the guys who did it were great with a little help from a tractor! We are really pleased with our Hydropool and it has been used every day since we have had it. Thank you Carl and Josh for all you help. Quality product and good staff makes life easier.
Brilliant products and helpful staff. Other hot tub dealers warned me that ‘self cleaning’ was a gimmick, but after being shown exactly how it works I now know that they weren’t being genuine!
We purchased a Hydropool self-cleaning Spa from David and Eloise . They offered a fantastic service & have always been very supportive. Great team, helpful and professional. Great range of products and advice .A range of chemicals and accessories can also be purchased and supplied . The spa is excellent and used most days by the family .
