Got my piercings done today by Neve!! She was so sweet. Bless her she was the only one working. She did well balancing between looking after me and customers that needed to be attended to at the till. Service 10/10!!
I never write reviews but I’m so angry at the experience I had when out shopping here last week (Friday 30th June) I tried to buy two rings but the staff member on the tills was clearly having trouble with the card machine, so I just stood there for a good 5+ minutes waiting for it to rectify whilst she discussed the issue with what I can only assume was her supervisor. Eventually I was asked to pay, the card machine said approved but because it didn’t print a receipt I was told it had not been successful. I showed both staff members that the money had been taken from my account but they both argued with me and told me I had to pay again, they were so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable, they even told me to just leave without the goods after I knew I had just paid for them. After battling with them over it, I stupidly paid again. Now I’ve checked my account and two payments have been made. I’m so angry over this situation, not only am I now left with money taken that I need, I was treated so poorly and made to feel so uncomfortable. I wish I had taken the names of these staff members as they clearly have zero understanding of how to speak with customers. Do not shop here!
Made a purchase last week, the card machine said transaction was successful but I was told it didn't go through on their computer. After providing proof of a pending transaction I was told I had to pay again or I wasn't allowed to leave the shop with the items. The staff were extremely rude and incompetent, and clearly need training on how payment systems work as I have now been double charged. The staff were VERY aggressive and I felt bullied into paying again when I knew I'd already paid.
Lovisa DO NOT do returns at all, on anything. I bought some hair scrunchies the other day and tried to return them 15 minutes after purchase as I found some more suitable (better quality and size) at another store in the mall, and they said the policy on the receipt states they don't do returns, which is useless information once you've already made a purchase. the tags were still intact and there was no budge, the customer experience here was therefore rubbish and i wasted my money. £8 for some scrunchies down the drain. since there are several other stores very similar I would shop elsewhere first as i can get a refund at every other store like Claire's or Accessorize or Oliver Bonas. I contacted customer service and they didn't get back to me so overall service seems poor.
Good range of products, shop is a good size, good customer service not too pricy especially for the quality of the products
Well the stuff there was very nice, seemed good quality, if a little pricy. But the staff, on Saturday evening just gone, there were just rude, they just gossiped and ignored the customers. Where very unhelpful and had a attitude. We were told, not asked, to leave 10 mins before closing time. Clearly wanting to leave early. And when offering to pay for my companions items there gave us filthy looks and generally looked down there noses at us. It was late and we were tired or we would have asked for the manager to deal with them.
Visited Lovisa The Mall, Cribbs Causeway shop for the first time this morning- just wanted to say what a lovely assistant manager, who served us, you have. Really helpful, friendly without being pushy, both my daughter and I bought lots! Thank you for a great shopping experience
