   Absolutely love this shop. I can really, highly recommend it. The service is always fantastic & the jewellery is amazing quality. I purchased a pendant 19 years ago for my wife’s 21st and recently took it in for repair. They were incredibly thoughtful about the whole process and took genuine interest in the history of the piece. I really appreciated that. I have also now purchased some earrings for my wife's upcoming 40th. The repair was incredible value for money and the pendant looks like new again.    What an amazing shop!! Visited in August while on a birthday trip and saying this shop, and the incredible lovely staff delivered would be the understatement of the summer! Upgraded necklace chains with the best ever help from Lizzie, she assisted us amazingly on the best individual new chain to acquire, she even polished our existing pendants and revamped us on the O rings! I had a vision in my head of the ring i was after for myself and Lizzie snapped it into reality! :p When they didn't have my size in stock Lizzie ordered it online and got it sent to us at home! Not only that, my gorgeous ring came with a hand written note from the babe herself Lizzie!!! its safe to say we left feeling very well cared for and super super happy. The Silver Shop is now a marked spot for us to revisit next Bath trip. Cannot thank you enough

   We can’t praise this shop enough, they never fail to deliver on wonderful service and the best selection of jewellery and gifts in Bath! Last week my daughter and I went in to choose a birthday ring and had brilliant service from Guy who was most helpful and friendly. We had to order a different size and he kindly delivered it by hand to our home a few days later.    Amazing customer service, I contacted the Silver Shop to enquire about arranging a repair of a necklace that had been purchased from them some 20 years previously. I received a quick and friendly response with clear instructions, so I sent the necklace off and heard back in a couple of days that it was ready to collect. I arranged to collect it whilst in Bath, where I was amazed to be charged an incredibly reasonable amount and the necklace had been beautifully cleaned as well. Really lovely staff and a pleasure to shop there. No wonder they're still in business after 70 years!
