On receipt I found the watch to be even better than described. I am very pleased with the watch, the price and with the purchase experience. “Lovely garden centre at the top end of Bath with fair prices too. Lots of choice and free advice from the friendly staff, worth signing up for the extras you get at checkout ! Big car park down the hill so don't think it's full when pulling into the entrance.”

“There is no physical collection point that I could see. Small local type Sainsbury's. You simply show your collection email with a barcode in it to a staff member and they scan it and then go out to the back stock area to get your delivery package for you. Actually rather a good system when you know what to do.”

Yuyi wasn't pushy at all like other jewellers we had been too - very patient and relaxed, made the whole process smooth. “I had a helix piercing done by Mike a couple of weeks ago. He was really welcoming, knowledgeable and put me at ease, with no pressure to rush into a decision. The studio was clean and you get the impression no corners are being cut. The jewellery is beautiful, with a range of designs, many produced by Mike himself. The procedure went smoothly and is currently healing well. I don’t know how the price compares to other places but I feel I’ve come away with some lovely jewellery, a sound piercing, decent aftercare advice and peace of mind.”

“I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”
