I was referred to LMG Jewellery by my insurance company. They communicated all stages of the repair, from sending out a recorded delivery envelope, confirming receipt, starting repair and the return of my ring. I was very pleased with the work carried out. I would definitely recommend this company.
LMG received my ring through an insurance claim as I lost the middle diamond of my engagement ring. LMG sent clear instructions as to how to send my ring to them securely & advised me immediately when they had received it. They then informed me of their plan & cost of the repair to agree to. I have now received my ring back & I’m so pleased with the repair. The diamond (central) is slightly bigger than the original & I have a certificate telling me of the top quality of the replacement diamond. The whole middle setting has been replaced to ensure the diamonds now sit securely as the original claws were letting my ring down. Thank you so much LMG for a very expert & professional job!
A professional and very effective service; I was kept informed of progress throughout. I am extremely pleased with the repairs made to what was my mother's engagement ring - given to her by as aunt - so an antique family heirloom with great sentimental value. I am also extremely appreciative of the lengths that LMG must have gone to source a matching antique cut diamond to replace the one that fell out. The ring as been returned to me with all diamonds fully secured and glistening far more brightly than I have seen them before!

They kept me informed throughout and reassured me about the whole process when I called. I was delighted to receive the engagement ring back in just over a month, once the replacement and insurance details had been agreed. And it is fabulous, I love it, thank you. After losing a beautiful necklace, you think you just cannot replace it. When LMG got involved they helped me enormously, a young lady came to our house the week before Christmas and we discussed jewellery in detail, she understood the way I was feeling and she stated you can never replace something so sentimental. So she asked me if I wanted a ring a bracelet or another necklace? After a lot of thought I decided I would have another necklace, but got something completely different, she drew it measured, and priced it up. When she was leaving she said it’s up to 6 to 10 weeks because of the time of year, and if when the necklace comes and it’s not what you want, you can send it back and get something else? Oh my god where or who else but LMG would say that? Was so afraid when the parcel came, after 5 weeks, I could not open it, let my husband open it first, I knew by his face it was gorgeous, he just handed me the box and my goodness I’m in love with it so I just want to say a massive THANK YOU ALL I’m so chuffed with my necklace, I would buy from you anytime.
Great service for bespoke jewellery.I was surprised when they advised they would send a representative to meet with me, good meeting and they seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. They also produced a sample of the ring with glass stones in silver of the ring for me to try before going ahead to make my ring which was in Platinum with diamonds and sapphires. Great service, I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking to have bespoke jewellery made. I'll definitely use them again for any new jewlery I intend to have made.
A big thank you to LMG Jewellery for repairing my engagement ring and replacing my wedding ring after they had to be cut off my finger. I was kept fully informed at all times as to the procedures and timings. Alex, Kim & Charlotte were a delight to work with, all extremely professional yet relaxed and welcoming. It is a joy to have my rings returned/replaced. Would not hesitate to recommend.
2 years ago, they sold me a rolex for £5.5k and when I took it for a service, it was actually a fake despite being verified as genuine by themselves. I'm surprised to see how many good reviews they are getting when they are possibly selling fake products back to people. Take care when using them as they will supply genuine boxes and papers for items to certify them when they are actually fake items. Possible con artists.
