My auntie visited without her glasses to buy a charm for her nieces 18th birthday. Despite being assured numerous times that the charm she bought only said one in a million it clearly stated mum on it. Very poor customer service, please train your staff.
Lovely staff very helpful and accommodating for my husband's motorized wheelchair. Bought some very lovely gifts and were all nicely packed in gift bags. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We had really excellent service here today, Alex was fantastic. She really helped us with choosing what we were after for a birthday present. She made some great suggestions and pointed items out that we hadn't even considered. We took advantage of a 3 for 2 offer and ended up with a gift for myself as well. Such good service will make us returning customers
What a shame the three staff members were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than acknowledging the customers in the store. Not even so much as a greeting when the store is otherwise empty. Sales is all about customer service. If you ignore the customers, then you don't make sales and they go elsewhere.
A great Pandora store with a fantastic range of jewellery and helpful & enthusiastic staff. Really nice shop interior (I love the velvet wave wall)
