   I had stupidly ordered a strap for my watch without ordering the right clasp. I emailed E P Mallory and Sons to enquire whether I could order the claps through them, as they are an authorised omega service center. I was put in touch with Luke, who was nothing but professional, well-mannered, and knowledgable. He informed me that he could put a special order in for me, which I took. The entire process was done over email, and the payment process was simple and smooth. After the payment, it took roughly 5 working days for the part to arrive at Mallory, and as I wasn't able to collect, Luke was able to arrange a special delivery, and I received it after 1 working day. I cannot describe how relieved and happy I am with the entire process. Thank you to Luke for sorting everything out in a prompt and attentive manner. I will definitely be a returning customer (in person next time)!

   Customer service laughably bad I'd forgotten how bad this place was. My fiancee wanted to take a look at wedding bands, and I knew we'd be going to Tiffanys and Cartier in London at the weekend, so somewhat reluctantly, I agreed to go to Mallorys. Anyway, they didn't let me down; customer service was cringingly awful and imbecilic. Where do they get the staff from?

   The watch staff are all impeccably mannered and as equally knowledgeable - led by Patrizia. There is not an iota of snobbery about any of them - they certainly don't judge you on how you look. Most importantly, they are all enthusiasts and want to share their love of timepieces, especially if you are looking to buy your first luxury watch. No pressure sales (although you will almost certainly be offered a beverage!) and they appreciate you may want time to consider your purchase as it can be a significant amount of cash. I have bought 6 watches from there and always walk out feeling better than just having got something I want. Buying a watch at Mallory's is a really enjoyable experience.

   I wanted a specific watch for my wife's birthday. It was not currently in stock but Mark sourced it for me and I then had an appointment with Mary so she could show me all the features of the watch before it was gift wrapped in its box. I received first class service throughout from Mark and Mary and my wife is delighted with the watch. Thank you Mark and Mary.

   Just wished to say a Big Thank You to Chris and Nathaniel at Mallory’s. We met Chris in September to buy a Panerai Submersible for my birthday. We were made to feel amazing and had a wonderful afternoon. My watch arrived today and am overjoyed. Highly recommend if you are in Bath go to Mallory’s for outstanding watches and jewellery.    Great store! Brought a watch for my partner here and Jarryd was most helpful. Recently had an engagement ring made under the wonderful supervision of Andrew who went out of his way to talk me through what I was buying and steered me into making the right choices along the way. The watch and ring are perfect and we have a few items lined up ready for purchase. Can not recommend them enough

   I had made an appointment with Henry to view some Rolex Datejust timepieces, upon arrival I was kindly greeted by Henry and shown to the Rolex area of the store. I decided to try on a 36mm model which fitted my wrist perfectly so based on that I decided to register my interest for that piece. All in all outstanding customer service from the entire team at EP Mallory & Son who's customer values really stood out and Henry really is a true asset to the company. I am looking forward to receiving the call to collect my timepiece.

   Mallory is definitely our new favorite dealer in the UK. We went there a few weeks ago to look for a new watch. We knew what we wanted, and knew the Situation at some watch brands. But this was not a problem, because the service was excellent and a big thanks goes to Mary who gave us just a awesome service.
