Took to my daughter to see Mike to get her ears pierced for the 1st time. Fantastic and attentive experience - Mike put her at ease, talked through the process & options, and helped her choose a delightful pair of 'gem' studs. Really attentive, and great with kids! Absolutely will be back for future piercings - and would recommend Mike and his studio for anyone looking to get their children's ears pierced.
We went to Broad St Studio today for our 7 yo to have her ears pierced for her 8th bday. We were so impressed with Daniel who was so kind and patient with her. She was so nervous and he took extra time to reassure her and help her feel comfortable. He was so lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Broad St studio to anyone! Just had a piercing done today and love it. They were so careful with getting the placement right and talked me through everything. They were especially honest about what piercing would be a good idea or not, showing how much they value giving quality treatment and care.
I had a helix piercing done by Mike a couple of weeks ago. He was really welcoming, knowledgeable and put me at ease, with no pressure to rush into a decision. The studio was clean and you get the impression no corners are being cut. The jewellery is beautiful, with a range of designs, many produced by Mike himself. The procedure went smoothly and is currently healing well. I don’t know how the price compares to other places but I feel I’ve come away with some lovely jewellery, a sound piercing, decent aftercare advice and peace of mind.
Attended Broad Street Studio for a double lip piercing, along with a few friends who got their own piercings. The studio was spotlessly clean and very well laid out. The atmosphere was great and some excellent music was playing, too. Jason was our piercer - he was so friendly, calm and helpful, and clearly very experienced. The whole process was easy and virtually pain free. Very impressed with my experience, will definitely return and thoroughly recommend. Thanks!!
Popped in here with a friend on a trip to Bath and we’re glad we found it! Mike and Jason were super welcoming, allowing us time to browse for as long as we needed and ask plenty of questions. Mike did my piercing and was very knowledgeable and always made sure I was comfortable during the process. I’ll be back for more piercings soon!
I had the best experience here! I was put at ease throughout, given time and care when choosing jewellery and asking questions about the process and the aftercare. I then received a painless piercing in a spotless studio and the results have been great so far with no issues in the first month. I was so impressed by the piercing service from Mike. I was little nervous when I came in -not having had a piercing of my helix.As a doctor I was also concerned to make sure everything was completely sterile.Mike put me at ease immediately and explained the whole procedure in detail.The hygiene and sterile procedure was fantastic-just like minor surgery in a hospital.I had no worried and it was over in seconds. This was 3 weeks ago -I have had no issues with my piercing and would definitely recommend Mike and his team -for adults or children.
Mike and Jason are amazing in what they do! I got my conch piercing done from here. I think it was the best decision to opt them. They gave me enough time, space and assistance before concluding on anything. Their supportive, confident and strategic approach is definitely an add on. My experience was spectacular and I am proud of it!
