   My wife and I visited Goldsmiths in Bath to buy a replacement wedding ring for myself. We were served by Marcela who was a delight to have looking after us and provided us with refreshments whilst helping to navigate the wide range of choice. Marcela was excellent at explaining the various metal types, shapes, finishes and sizes and allowing me to try on a number of alternative rings. After settling on one, she went above and beyond to explain the purchase and the benefits of taking out an insurance policy for the rings protection, resulting in a smooth hassle free transaction. Marcela made the purchase a very special experience and one we will cherish for a longtime! A really big special thank you to Marcela!

   The service i got was 100% from start to. Finsh i orderd on line to start of with but had to return goods as not what i waS looking for. I took it into bath store where they filled out my reurn form and re order me some thing else. The lady in the shop said if its not what u expected to be when it comes in then there would be no pressure to buy. They phoned me to say it had arrived. I. Collect it. They made sure i was 100% happy with my goods before i left Would defo go back if i needed anything else.

   We visited Bath goldsmiths on the 7th September , we travelled from Cornwall. We were greeted by Marcela , She was soooo lovely , I’m extremely particular, nothing was to much trouble, she went above & beyond. I fell in love with a diamond certified eternity ring, Marcela made the whole experience of buying the ring even more special. I received the ring yesterday for our anniversary & couldn’t stop looking at it in the restaurant and in the sunshine.    Wouldn't normally write a review but just needed to give credit where it is due. Been in here a few times recently - bought my husbands wedding ring and also again to ask them to polish my engagement ring. The service each time was amazing. Very helpful and patient and they just want to make sure you take home what it right for you. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. Will definitely return
