   Never leave reviews but this time I had to! I spent 11 minutes going through the proper maze With clearly confusing signage and not very explicit , trying to find a café directed by staff ended up in someone’s garden at a deadlock! You’ve got the most beautiful nightmare of a maze I’ve ever been in a shop!! Never again and never to any of your garden centres either just because of that

   Lovely garden centre at the top end of Bath with fair prices too. Lots of choice and free advice from the friendly staff, worth signing up for the extras you get at checkout ! Big car park down the hill so don't think it's full when pulling into the entrance.

   A pet shop on site but dogs not allowed in the cafe. This is an outdated and poor approach to customer service. If you can walk your dog around the expensive garden centre you should at least be allowed to let it join you for coffee. Shame on you Hilliers. Won't be spending my money here again

   My local garden centre. It's fairly small but has everything you need and a standard range of plants at standard prices! If I'm looking for something a bit more exotic or cheaper prices I will head out of Bath to a larger garden centre.

   Lovely looking plants, getting xmas stuff out today, some interesting items, not the usual gisella Graham, site is terraced and manual wheelchair users will need a strong pusher, nice wide paths for those with a powered chair or scooter. Recommended.
