   SP Green in Bath have been absolutely wonderful in getting an engagement ring and two wedding rings sorted for our wedding. The staff have been so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable and helped us pick out our perfect rings without once making us feel rushed or unsure of our decisions. The icing on the cake has been free ring cleaning in store whenever required, particularly useful to bring the sparkle back to the engagement ring in advance of the wedding day. We visited a fair few jewellers in Bath when ring shopping but from the moment we stepped into SP Green, we have not considered anywhere else. Thanks!

   In January, Linea helped my fiance and I to create the perfect engagement ring. She spent time talking to us about what is important in choosing a diamond and then in choosing the perfect pear shaped diamond for a bespoke ring. Linea couldn't have been more helpful and ensured we were 100% happy with the final finished ring. I couldn't be happier and we will definitely be going back for our wedding bands.

   My fiancé and I had an incredible experience at S.P. Green, all thanks to Charlie! He is incredibly knowledgeable and I swear he knew what I wanted more than I did! The selection of engagement rings was enormous and choosing one could have been really daunting, but with Charlie's help, I ended up with the most perfect ring! I can't stop looking at it, it's that beautiful and suits me perfectly. We'll be back for our wedding bands, and maybe some earrings that caught my eye!

   We had an amazing experience as soon as we walked in. All the staff were friendly, and were happy to spend all the time in the world with us whilst we were making decisions. They were happy to work to any budget, and had millions of different options for you to try or order bespoke. We placed our order, they cleaned my engagement ring and re-sized it for free too. Really recommend to everyone!!

   My fiancé and I were excited to shop for an engagement ring after getting engaged while visiting Bath. We were immediate made to feel welcome when we arrived at S.P. Green & Co. Charlie was fantastic and put us both at ease. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us such detail about the ring and the diamond. We had spotted the ring we wanted in the window and I was disappointed when it was too small. Even though it was towards the end of the day then went out of their way to get it resized for us within an hour as we were heading home the day after. We are so pleased with the ring and would highly recommend this place

   Fantastic! No other word for it. It’s full of nothing but professional, knowledgeable and personable staff who helped me on my design and selection process to make the perfect signet ring. This, being my first ring, was a new experience for me but Linnea had barrels of advice to help me select the right size, shape, weight and design. It’s not informal but was a very relaxing experience from the minute I stepped through the door. Everyone were welcoming and made you feel like you were in good hands (especially for me as I had not a clue what I was trying to buy or what it was going to look like). They are open to ideas and requirements and will try to facilitate everything you want! Also hats off to the engraving team in Birmingham, pulled off what we thought would be a bit of squeeze. The photo does do justice but considering what I was asking them to engrave, they pretty much did it bang on with a bit of extra detailing on the top! All in all, if you want to go somewhere you can trust, with staff who remember you and exactly what you are buying, who know what they are talking about and all at not a bad price, this is definitely for you. Bang on experience and will suggest to anyone, anytime

   I used SP Green to purchase my partners engagement ring in 2020 from their Jewellery Quarter store and could not have asked for a better experience. I walked away with the perfect ring at an excellent price! The remarkable customer service continued as I asked for the ring to be moved to the Bath store for collection. The service SP Green provided was so good that I decided to go back to purchase our wedding bands. Again I could not have asked for a better service. Charlie at the Bath store has always been exceptional and it is clear to see the knowledge and passion he has for his trade. We always make a point of popping into the store to say hello. I will definitely be going back to SP Green for all of my future jewellery purchases and would recommend them to anyone.
