   Purchased engagement rings from here whilst visiting Bath. We saw they specialised in a certain type of diamond and came in for a chat. Yuyi was very patient, friendly and spent a long time with us chatting about the rings and diamonds. Yuyi wasn't pushy at all like other jewellers we had been too - very patient and relaxed, made the whole process smooth. As we aren't based in Bath, we communicated via e-mail and were kept up to date every step of the way - the whole process was seamless, stress-free and very enjoyable! I'd recommend highly for everyone including LGBTQ+ couples as they are gay friendly - thank you Yuyi, Meg and Kizzy :)

   Every Christmas I get a piece of jewellery from my fiancé. I’ve never noticed how much of a mark up there is on jewellery from designer brands before just for the designer name, nothing to do with the quality of the item! I’ve followed the Cotswold Fine Jewellery group on TikTok and Instagram for a while and love the jewellery they post! I found an absolutely stunning ring on the website. It was a lot of ring for the money too!! I enquired about it however it wasn’t my size. I had a very quick reply stating that the ring was available and was able to be resized. The whole process from my initial email to receiving the ring with the re-sizing and postal strikes in-between only took 17 days which was amazing! I just wanted to thank Kizzy who helped me with any questions I had, helped with all my resizing enquiries, kept me updated at every stage and made the process very easy. Kizzy you’re amazing! Could not recommend Miles Mann Jewellers enough, very happy customer and I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

   I saw a vintage diamond ring that I really loved on TikTok but didn't want to purchase over the internet as wanted to see the rings in person. We were visiting Bath so I popped to the shop and in the window was the same ring that I loved still for sale. I tried it on and it fitted perfectly. It must have been fate :) Both ladies friendly and did not pressure me into buying. Definetely recommend :) I think now I have seen the quality of jewellery I would be open to buying via the internet and getting it in the post. Well Done on Tik Tok followers !! Thankyou so much. This year I actually have something that I can treasure for Christmas and my husband hasn't wasted his money on stuff that sits in drawers etc

   My friend and I were visiting Bath late one afternoon and I wanted a piece of jewelry as a reminder of my trip. We stepped into a jewelry store and was told quickly that they were about to close. Obviously they did not want to help us. I had seen Miles Mann earlier and we went there hoping we could make it before they closed. They were wonderful! They immediately told us to take all the time we needed. There was no rushing us out the building. My friend and I both ended up buying a piece of jewelry. They were helpful as I was deciding between two pieces. I love my necklace even more after I got home!! I highly recommend these jewelers!
