My car is not run of the mill (Saab 9-3) and many garages just don't know how to work on them. Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a bind, since the car was virtually undriveable, and so I needed somewhere very close to home. Thomas & Beard delivered, fixing both a very dodgy exhaust and an almost crippling turbo problem quickly, efficiently, and reasonably priced. The car is driving like a dream, now.
Opted for a collection and drop off at my house which was great. MOT & service was done fairly quickly & I wasn’t left hanging on for hours like other garages can do. Had booked an extra service which I wasn’t charged for as it wasn’t deemed necessary in the end. Would highly recommend this garage for customer service, reasonable prices & no unnecessary filler charges.
Great local garage, staff are always friendly and helpful! Just called to see if they could help replace a blown lightbulb and they fixed it within five minutes of us arriving. We've used this garage for years for mots, repairs etc and would highly recommend them for always doing a great job and giving trustworthy advice!
Quick diagnosis and repair! I really appreciate the level of customer service. Especially as a fairly new (female) driver, it's so nice to have this level of friendly and knowledgeable communication. My car was ready within a day and the price was really reasonable as well

My wife broke down on the motorway with our baby in the back and managed to limp the car to Thomas and Beard. They were very helpful and managed to get her back on the road within a couple of hours. Highly recommended
