I had my car fixed by IRG Newport a few months back after getting swiped. They did an amazing job repairing it and maintained communication throughout the entire process with updates on how the car was going. Extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend their services.
Very pleased with the sevice I received from the initial contact to picking my car up after repair. I was well informed of the steps the car was taking through the repair process by their excellent tracking app. When picking the car up time was taken for me to inspect the repair. What a rubbish customer service. Had to take vab down 3 time before they actually had a courtesy van ready 3 months after I booked it in. Terrible customer service. Receptionist always on mobile and rude. Don't know how they are still running to be honest. Avoid this place if you need you car as will be waiting months with no contract and just waiting on hold to get through to the office.
Our car was repaired very quickly and to a very high standard. The lady on reception was very nice and helpful even though she was rushed off her feet. The car was cleaned before I had it back aswell which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.
Someone crashed into me last year so I had to have it repaired. Irg Merthyr is about a 1 minute drive from my house so I contacted them to carry out the repairs what a mistake. They took my car and sent it to Newport branch. The first time I picked it up the bonnet was misaligned from the wing. My headlight had over spray on it. My scuttle panel clips were missing and the clip for the wing was also missing. I also had a badge on my wing which was hanging off and bent, bear in mind it was perfect before they had it for repair. The paint job is very poor standard as there is dirt nibs still in the paint and the paint on the front bumper is already starting to peel. I took it down a second time for them to rectify the problems with the bonnet alignment with the wing they agreed to sort it out. Second time picking the car up the bonnet was still not aligned correctly with the wing they assured me that they had sorted it out but I didn't agree so I took it to my mechanic and he found the main front bumper bracket was not replaced and it was snapped in numerous places. After taking the car back I noticed it had severe holograms all over the bodywork from when they poorly attempted to polish it. Do not use this company they will repair your car below standard. I am still in contact with my accident repair company and I have told them I will not be signing the forms to release payment to irg until these problems are fixed. I have numerous photos of the repairs done by this awful company and will quite happily share them. If I could give no stars I would. They also left the inside of my car covered in dust from sanding the clear coat which is very hazardous if breathed in.

Visited IRG for Insurance work. It was carried out very promptly and the communication and customer service was excellent. The work was carried out to a high standard and looks brand new, had my parts arriving the day I dropped the car off and back with my within a few days. They also did an excellent job of valeting it.
The work was completed in a timely manner however after getting the vehicle back and driving at speed (60+mph) the passenger side mirror started shaking. After inspection it's been replaced and attached with three strips of double sided sticky tape. No response from the enquires made as to what happened while they had car.
