It’s always so hard to find a genuine garage but these guys are spot on. I had to have a new wet belt fitted on my car, they were so helpful. I wouldn’t take my car to any other garage. Can’t recommend them enough

Others talk of going the extra mile. For me, on many occasions, they’ve gone the extra ten, such as fitting my car, at short notice, into their very busy schedule. Can’t thank these guys enough, had a problem with my cooling system on a 1.6 tdi seat Leon, the car would not get hot whatsoever, took the car to two other garages and for some reason they couldn’t fix the problem, a friend recommended these guys so I give them a shot and I’m well impressed got the car running mint again and even went out of there way to sort another problem out. Great place for a car Service, MOT (been going years) or even to fix a problem. I had a problem for a few months, asked them to check during my MOT and they found it straight away and told me over the phone because it was there all day (my choice). As it is a busy garage, I had to book a slot a week later to fix the problem and they were quick (sat and waited this time), no hidden agendas and they even showed me the dodgy part they replaced, spot on! They know what they are doing, communication is superb and you can trust them. Thank you to the team at Pool Garage!
I’ve been using pool garage for the last couple of years and every time my vehicle has been booked in they’ve done a great job in diagnosing and fixing any faults found. Also had a few cars serviced and always been prompt and competitively priced. Can’t fault Gary and the team. Well happy!

Called the guys up at the garage last week and they managed to get it in ASAP. Can’t fault the service at all, they were thorough when trying to understand the issue i had and then on inspection diagnosed the issue first time and had the car back to me within days.
