Called in on Christmas Eve with my daughter to choose a gift for my wife. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful as always. Will definitely return in the future, there's too much space left in a certain jewellery box..

Taylor's Lydney. A much cherished but by now flimsy gold bracelet bought by my late Husband broke. Was explained to me wasn't designed to be worn all the time. (wasn't bought from there) I tearfully explained I needed to. Not only an amazing fixture but done in days. So kind and thoughtful. Wish I could post a picture. Thank you so much.
I went to see Clare and Ella in the Cinderford branch about having a bespoke wedding ring made. They were both fantastic and even though there were a few delays ( unforeseen circumstances) my ring was perfect and better than I could have imagined. They kept me up to date all along and I’m so glad I chose to shop locally to have such a special piece made .

Great service, brought a lovely new ring, staff were extremely helpful. Also had another ring re sized and came back perfectly fitting and cleaned. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend a visit. Thanks ladies

My husband asked for a battery change in a fake Rolex I’d bought him many years ago. On collection, they handed him the watch in pieces (broken watch face, broken dial, hands/battery compartment/rear casing/winder - all in pieces). Apparently it’s our fault not theirs?! Strange, as have never had any problem in the last 10 years when changing battery. No offer to repair. Not happy.
