I received a set of jewellery (Necklace and earrings) for my half century birthday, in December 2023. I absolutely love it! A piece of "home", ruby with a Celtic style gold twist. As I live in Australia, I think of Chepstow (home) every time I wear them! Thanks you, Badman P and Co!
Excellent service and amazing value for money. I live 10 miles away but this is my go to jewellers for something special or just to get my watch battery replaced. I've just taken a diamond ring to them to have it redesigned. Can't wait to see what it looks like. It's great to support small businesses too.

****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Sadly, many of the reviews refer to pretty purchased items and does not address quality, honesty and integrity this business practices. The owner is confrontational and will attempt to disassociate himself from any responsibilities. There will be little to no engagement over jewellery repairs, promises that cannot be met and poor workmanship. You will telephone regularly to chase up outstanding restoration work on your precious items and be given regular excuses, combined with aggressive tones. The servicing or mending of expensive silver, gold or platinum items will have 'gone wrong' and you will hear excuses of poor health and even your fault for not providing the correct details about the items. You will no doubt care for your jewellery and want it to be given respect and care for all restoration needs. You will be met by an elderly male who appears as a subject matter expert in the field of jewellery. Instead, you will be engaging with someone who is no longer able to meet the standards and knowledge in precious metals, unable to communicate on a professional and polite level and unable to be honest.
Fantastic place. The owner knows his stuff and is really helpful and the prices are very reasonable. He did a great job of fixing a watch and cleaning a necklace and even gave me a free gift presentation box for the watch as he had one spare. Definitely recommend.
