   Hello! I just wanted to say that I had such a lovely experience in your Bath store today (08/05/2024). Unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the ladies that helped me (I came in around 1:30pm) but they were so patient and kind with me. They talked me through the waterproof options of earrings and helped me pick out the best option, offering personal experiences with the products to aid my decision.
