   TL;DR The product and the salesperson were lovely, but the poor aftercare means I won’t be going back. I bought a beautiful gold necklace and earring set from a kind lady, though I didn’t catch her name. The purchase itself was great, but the after-sales service was disappointing. The necklace turned out to be too long, so my wife went back to have it shortened or adjusted. To our surprise, she was asked to pay an additional £60, even though I had already spent several hundred pounds on the set. When I called to clarify, I was told they don’t have a workshop on site, so customers must pay extra for any adjustments. That explanation didn’t make much sense. I hadn’t thought to ask about post-purchase service because I assumed a simple adjustment would be included. Apparently, that’s not the case, and customers are not told this beforehand. It’s hard to believe a large jewellery chain cannot handle such a basic request. To make things worse, the “alternative solution” offered was to buy another shorter gold chain so we could alternate between them. Quite the clever suggestion, and silly of me not to think of it myself!

   Terrible service! The wife and I went in, done a deal on a brand new watch, £1500 worth so maybe not worth their time. Sold as new but it didn't work, only one they had in stock, display but sold as new, needed a battery. Store had to send for a new watch. No follow up call or email stating it's ready to collect. Chased a couple of times with calls no one knew anything about it. Given up now, taken our money elsewhere. Time wasted dealing with incompetence. Be aware unless your buying a Rolex of very high value you probably will get ignored. Don't recommend this branch. Go somewhere else with your hard earned cash!

   Terrible service. Went in to purchase a watch today. Staff were leaning against counter talking to each other. Wasn't approched by staff. Waited approx 5 mins then left. Not the experience I would expect purchasing a luxury watch. Left store and will purchase the model I want elsewhere

   SCAM DISCOUNT The prices here are not accurate compared to the tags on the jewelry. Yesterday, I took my wife to this store to look at some jewelry. There was a pair of earrings with an original price of £2000 and a clearly marked discounted price of £1200. My wife and I sat there for over an hour while she tried them on and thought about it. During that time, the staff repeatedly told us that this was a great deal because the price had been reduced to £1200. After more than an hour in the store, my wife finally decided to buy the earrings the ones marked down from £2000 to £1200. However, when the staff came back with a calculator, they suddenly said they were very sorry but the earrings were actually not on sale and the full price was £2000. In the end, I just want to say, if you come here during a sale, don’t immediately trust the discount tags. Double-check the prices carefully, because they might claim there was a “system error” and refuse to honor the discount. This is a big jewelry brand, but it clearly lacks honesty and respect for its customers. I spoke with the store manager, but all I received was an apology. We wasted more than an hour of our time, and my wife was very disappointed after the manager’s change of attitude. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to buy jewelry, I would not recommend this store.

   They are really helpful in there, I broke my omega link and couldn’t find pin anywhere, I can’t remember her name but there was a very pretty tall blonde girl who sorted my watch and didn’t charge me anything. I think their customer service is very good and they had a very good range of watches and jewellery. I didn’t even buy my omega from them but they sorted it out!!!!

   Excellent experience at the Cabot Circus Bristol store. Initially bought a watch and was very well looked after by Richard, who has always been very polite, showed knowledge and a genuine interest. Popped back in to register my interest in some other watches, and have dealt with Michael, Will and Richard - they have always been friendly, helpful and showed patience. Thank you very much.

   Dont even deserve 1 star, very judgmental and stereotype staff, not blaming the shop itself obviously they have some great collection of jewellery & watches and are one of top chain shops on high street, however this particular branch of cabot circus had a very weirdly rude staff, in such cold days of winter told me to remove my hat as soon as i entered the shop (saying its for security reasons) seriously! how childish, simply told the guy *no i won't remove my hat just because its their company policy* (lols how pathetic & foolish), wanted to buy this particular timepiece tissot Prs 516, anyways after this kind of unprofessional behaviour, decided to buy online and found a great deal in U.S probably get a bit longer to arrive but thats ok. You need to be POLITE, POSITIVE & PROFESSIONAL with customers, plus adequate knowledge of your field which this branch staff was lacking. Wearing a fancy suit is not enough, you need to be more understanding, friendly within professional limits and caring towards customers, if you can't do that then please get proper training of *Etiquettes* for working in customer oriented professional envoirnment.
