This review is only based on the playground as it’s where I spent my time. The playground is pretty nice. They have swings, climbing frame and slides for kids from toddler age. The equipment is well taken care of and seems newish. Lots of benches.

This gem of a park, located a few blocks south of East Croydon Station, is situated on a beautifully landscaped grassy hillside that slopes gradually upwards as one walks through the park away from the station. The roughly rectangular open space that comprises the park is punctuated by mainly old-growth trees that line the paved walkways and are interspersed among the adjacent lawns. There are plenty of robust park benches along the main paths, inside the Walled Garden and adjacent to the park's southern perimeter, where there are decent views of Croydon's skyline, such as it is. Facilities within the park include swings, tennis courts, and basketball courts. No cafes are currently open onsite. Towards the summit of the slope stands a landmark, the Old Water Tower, which is not open to visitors. An adjacent path leads to a residential area through which one can easily walk downhill to Lloyd Park via mostly quiet side streets and several off road pedestrian paths.

Small to medium sized park minutes away from East Croydon train station & tram, close to Fairfield Halls Views of Croydon's skyline Has a playground, tennis courts & a basketball court, though I don't think they get used Has a cafe (wasn't open), toilets & a walled garden (would look better later in the year) & a water tower

One of the quietest parks around, always a pleasant experience. I visited this place few times with my family during my visits to Croydon and my kid had a great time here. Spacious play area for kids along with a tennis and basket ball courts. Paid parking is available close to the park. Toilets are there but some cleaning could be done

We always enjoy walking here. It's a good sized park, with beautiful foliage at the back, big trees, a little playground and courts. Sadly the walled garden is in a very sorry state, due to a lack of volunteers.

Lovely weather and the perfect location for tranquil walk and entertainment at no cost. Walked around the walled garden and enjoyed an ice cream at the cafe hidden deep in the park. Give it a try to relieve anxiety and depression.

Wonderful walk, kept relatively clean. A little help of just a few bits rubbish on your walk can help dramatically too, but overall well kept.
