Amazing pizza, dough balls and cookies! Delivery was extremely efficient and the delivery driver was friendly and polite.
Ordered pizza and got dried up semblance of a pizza. Worse than Domino's. Does no one sell decent pizza any more?
We ordered a bunch of pizzas for our grand daughter's birthday party with her school mates. The order was delivered fairly quickly but we soon discovered that there were no dips. The driver said they weren't ordered, we have the order details with the dips on. He went away to get them but never reappeared. So, we rang the shop and they apologised but still tried to leave it there. No, we want the dips, the girls pizzas were going cold but eventually a different driver arrived with dips and apologised. It's not rocket science; read the order and fulfill it as requested. Pizzas are good though
On just eat it asks for notes. In the notes I asked to be phoned when outside so as kids wouldn't be woken. No phone call and whole house woken. Not one bit amused
Just ordered a pizza and juice and the delivery driver thinks it's ok too leave the food at the out side flats door and walk away, once that food touched the ground it became worth less and cold.. but James the fella taking orders thinks it's ok too just leave food on the ground ! Ill ring your boss and see if they think the same James
Pizzas are great, very flavoursome, unfortunately orders are not always correct, that's the only reason I dropped a star!
Ordered 3 subs on Saturday night. one sub came with no filling just cheese. Phoned to get another sent. Had to explain to send side again as the food we had would be cold before another sub arrived. I was told the replacement food would be with us in 20-25 mins with apologises. I had to phone back 1 hour later to be told they didn't know why the person before said 20-25 mins and that the driver had left 25 mins ago. Totalling 50mins - 1 hour replacement delivery. Most of the food was cold by then and had to be microwaved to allow us to all eat together.
Love their pizza. Great range of toppings. Delivery is always piping hot.
