We used to love Greens. Sadly it has gone to the dogs! The waiting staff are super helpful and very friendly but the food is terrible. We waited over 50 minutes for our food which would’ve been fine if it was busy but there was only 3 tables including ours and 1 of those had already been served. there wasn’t a delivery driver or takeaway customer while we were there so I doubt they were under pressure to get orders out plus we arrived shortly before 8pm and they were closing at 9pm. Anyway, the kids ordered the greens pasta and a kids pepperoni pizza. The absolute audacity to send those portions out baffles me!! They are not what I would call kids portions & the pizza was burnt. I was disappointed to be honest. My pizza, for the price of it was an absolute joke! It was also burnt and wasn’t much bigger than the kids pizza. We used to go to Greens in Ballyhack quite often. Sadly the last few times have been such a let down with this experience being the the absolute worst. Sadly we won’t be back. and may I add, what the heck is with their wine pricing?? Horatio’s is cheaper! Thankfully we didn’t order any but I’d say save your money and cross the road & go to Horatios. Plus the atmosphere will be better. What a waste of £70. Sad as we used to love the place. Over priced, no atmosphere & dismal portions! Sakes, even their dips are stingy! Poor show Greens! Lovely staff though so that’s a positive. I could’ve complained but we were absolutely starving after a really busy day & we waited so long that we just wanted to eat and then leave. I should’ve took pictures but as I said, we just wanted fed and then home.

We loved Greens Lisburn Road - great atmosphere, service, delicious pizzas and good value for money, and were excited when the Ballyhackamore branch open closer to us. Sadly it was never the same experience as the other branch , and has been steadily going downhill. Dinner at the weekend was particularly disappointing- poor service, mistakes with our order which were barely acknowledged, small greasy pizzas which were very bad value for money. Saw other diners taking food with them as they had waited so long to get it. No excuse really , as restaurant was about a quarter full and not very many take always. Would not recommend and we will not be back.

Enjoyed the Large Roquito pizza which I ordered to take away. Hadn't had a Greens for a long time and i'm glad I did this was well cooked, crispy packed with flavour. Greens also never skimp on the toppings which I think happens too often in Pizzerias these days.

Great place to hang out and eat with friends. We went here last week and the food was delicious . We tried their all meat pizza and pesto chicken pizza as well as their cajun pasta. Everything was nice. The staff who took our order was polite and friendly.

Food was nice, they have a £6 lunch offer on until 4pm each day small pasta bowl or sourdough pizzetta and a soft drink. Though ordered a garlic bread which was tiny and cost £6 was a bit shocked at that but , would have been better getting another pizzetta to share instead of the garlic bread.

Absolutely vile, I have ordered on dileveroo and the food I have received is vile to say the least. Got sent small pizzas even though I have ordered large. The pizza dough was wrong and cheese was burnt. In terms of Garlic bread, was super oily cramped into tiny containers and extremely soggy, disgusting is understatement. The food was so inedible, it went straight to the bin. Avoid them at any cost.

Have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Service always friendly and efficient. The food we get a pizza and pasta between 3 of us great size portions. Thanks. Hope you enjoy the chocolate.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Ordered one pizza and small pasta, waited 45 minutes ( there was only one other table so not busy ) only to be told sorry there was a mix up with the order and instead was given a small pizza to tie us over until the actual order would arrive. Very little regard from the staff who seemed more interested in socialising with colleagues. I wish at this point we stood up and left. 10 minutes later our small bowl of pasta arrived which was mediocre at best. At long last the actual pizza that was initially ordered arrived, at this point we were totally fed up with the lack of customer service so asked for it to go. Upon requesting the bill and reiterating our unhappiness the waiter simply couldn’t care less. Paid full price for the pizza that we didn’t even get to eat in the restaurant and in total waiting nearly an hour. Definitely would never return nor recommend to anyone. I would give zero stars if possible.
