   Food arrived late, pizza was cold , fries were soggy, ordered extra cheese, but it was regular, initially showed 37 min to deliver , when came down to 5 minutes, it suddenly went back to 22 minutes.. everything was bad about this order

   Im a long time customer of the East Belfast branch as its right next door to me. I cant say enough good about the place. The staff are friendly/helpful and they know me as a regular now. A pizza is always made bang on time (within 15mins if its not busy which is as fast as a fresh McDs for reference) and I've never had a wrong order. One time they were out of one of my usual toppings late on just before closing and gave me a couple of dips for free to compensate. In my opinion their pizza is beaut. I especially like the dough they use as its different from most places. Toppings are never less than youd want. Their deals are absolutely fantastic. Mon-Thurs 1300-1600hrs you can get a 12" pizza plus a soft drink for £7. Show me a better pizza deal than that. Theres a reason Im a regular here, its great. - Stuart P.s. If any of the managers are reading this, the staff you have in East are all top notch and deserve recognition for doing a top job imo.

   I've given this pizza shop a few chances. Last order I got was the wrong order food was under cooked wedges and fries- seemed the food was seaved from defrosting food a room temperature. My order I received was wrong again my child wanted cheese on her half I wanted hawing without mushrooms with the sides off course, the whole pizza was loaded with mushrooms witch I requested not to put on - the side was stone cold undercooked once again. Nothing was done about it again as per usual. I won't be bringing my custom back to the shop, it's went down over the years ppl pay good money for that rubbish to be passed and saved tell they shop do take pride in their food their make more care about their customers complaints. Phone staff was nice but no happy

   For some reason they only cut the centre of the pizza into slices, not the crust. The pizzas are good, the website ordering system is a bit buggy but they are improving it. You will be charged to order online.

   Pizza was horrible, too much sauce, cut awfully, couldn’t even finish it as it was that messy. Ordered a 12” pizza and 2 inches of that was crust.

   So mad ordered a pizza time 4.40 on the app which said the pizza was delivered at 6. 20 which it had not...had to phone 4 times till someone answered then they hung up on me , still trying but no one answering. What way is this to treat customers I'm disabled have no car so how am I able to contact them.

   Service is too unpredictable with this store. Sometimes fast, sometimes you can wait over an hour. Sometimes pizza is warm, sometimes its cold. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you don't. Best to avoid.

   Very unhygienic. While waiting for my food I witnessed staff rubbing their face, nose and hair and then touching food bare handed. They also handled money and before handling food. One member of staff was eating a slice of pizza while preparing food. The delivery man, came directly in from his vehicle, and without washing his hands, started handling food. Very evident that there is very poor levels of basic hygiene standards. Won’t be back to this place. Unfortunately, to leave a review I need to give at least one star; in reality I don’t think I would be that generous.
