I ordered a Texas bbq pizza but what i got was absolutely disgusting, there was no meat on it just cheese and it was stone cold. I placed the order at 8.20 and was told it would take 45 minute. It eventually arrived at 9.45 will definitely not be back i had to order a Chinese as the pizza was inedible
I ordered today pizza from Domino’s and the driver send a message on my phone that pizza was delivered but when I went to the door was no pizza .I phoned at Domino’s,they answered and said will send another one but nothing.Waiting more then an hour . I’ve contacted them again and they are not answering to me anymore.This is very unprofessional and they don’t respect their customers at all ..Very unhappy with this .I will not order anymore
Didn’t get my food. Ordered Mac and cheese and the app said it was here, went outside to collect nothing was there even waited 20 minutes for it just incase it was late. Rung up they said they will send it again. Thought yeah ok sweet I’ll get my food, NO I DID NOT! The driver saw me, laughed, shook his head and drove off. Mind you at this point I’ve waiting around 1hr 30minutes for my food. This driver was in a red car, had blonde hair shorter than a Bob cut and glasses. Do NOT recommend this place! We rung up and the worker, Matthew told us he couldn’t do anything about it. I ordered this because my granny who mine you is 91 and in hospital, told me Tomorrow for her birthday she would want her favourite Mac and cheese. Now I’ve to go up tomorrow morning on her birthday and break the news that I didn’t get the Mac and cheese. God bless her the woman just wanted Mac and cheese. DONT RECOMMEND!
I placed an order, waited about half an hour to find the order had been lost. I ordered again, but had to pay again. Got charged twice by my bank, I tried to request a refund but had little response after two visits to the pizzeria and one to the bank so gave up. I’ll not be back. Shame because the pizza was lovely, when I finally got it.
Ordered a 1x Large 13.5" The Cheeseburger + Italian Style and 1x Strippers Combo. Haven't eaten the Strippers combo yet, will likely have it tomorrow. In total cost me £12.48 incl delivery, pizza alone cost me £20.99 as I used a different coupon. Looks like they scaled up all the veg components of the pizza but not the meat. Absolutely dire, would have been better, and cheaper, ordering two big Mac Meals from McDonalds for £11.98. Won't be rushing back. Bloody awful.
Always had great service here, loved that they were doing large pizzas for £12 usually domino's is £20 at least for a large pizza. Staff always got our order right and gave us the best deal, very helpful. Would recommend to anyone
Refuse to take orders because they're closing in 2.5 hours - then online orders from Abbey St are redirected here somehow.. Not joking. Some nights they also close 4 hours before advertised opening hours. Classic domino's disability of not slicing a pizza properly, ever. A shambles of a franchise and not even open for a full quarter yet.
Ordered a collection midweek, turned up to collect it 25 mins later and they hadn't even started making it, staff didn't seem to be trained or have a clue what they were doing so approached a heavy set lady manager who was incredibly rude to me and unhelpful with a terrible attitude problem. I wouldn't mind but I'm spending 20 odd pound for one of my large pizzas. Finally got my food and it was covered in grease and overcooked! Think they would put some effort in with it being a new store! Won't be back, place is a disgrace!
Way too much bbq sauce on both pizzas, they were soggy messes swimming in it. Also this shop must have the bluntest knives seen to man as 5 different items all not cut properly, for the price paid I shouldn't have to go recut pizza, garlic bread etc
