Waited 2 hours for the food the delivery driver threw the food on the ground before I even got to open the door and then they gave us the wrong order, phone number doesn’t work at all whenever we called it just said this number is not recognised. Food was not only cold but raw the dough was really raw in the crusts not cooked at all
This is the second time in a row my order comes like this, so if you guys like to pay for literally burnt food, this is the place for you. Not to mention they dont answer phone calls as well
BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH!! didnt want to have to give this place a bad review as me and my partner regularly order from gere HOWEVER WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF NEARLY £30. We ordered through their website, and the payment came out of our bank, but the order did not process. We called and ordered instead, and paid cash on arrival, with the reassurance we would have the money refunded from our first transcation from the website ordering system being down. A few days go by and still no refund. I called up and spoke to the manager, who said that the shop was shut, but he took my name,number and tansaction details and said he would return my phone call the next day and rectify the issue. Two days go by, no phone call.. i have called NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE, TO ONLY BE HUNG UP ON OVER AND OVER AGAIN, or giving false promise that someone will get back to me.I suggest if management see this, they give me a call before i post this review on every site possible. I can understand that mistakes and issues can happen like this, having managed my own restaurants before, but the lack of any real input or effort at all to help to resolve this problem, is quite frankly unacceptable..especially from customers who order here so frequently. SORT IT OUT MAX PIZZA!!
Today I’ve ordered a bbq Lover pizza which has bbq base bbq chicken, onion and green peppers… pretty simple. I’ve just received it about 10 minutes ago and had a slice, the dough is just about done but I would say that it’s not cooked enough. The bbq sauce tastes nothing like bbq sauce should, it taste like vinegar or most likely gone off. And they definitely layered the cheese on so much that it actually tastes like rubber. I really don’t recommend buying their pizza’s, seems a lot like they’ve no experience or that they couldn’t be arsed cooking it properly… I’d rather it’d be more on the burnt side then undercooked. Doesn’t even look that appetising :( Definitely not happy!!
I called the guy and asked him for a chicken pizza. And he said they make that. I asked what toppings they put on. He mentioned me the toppings. I told him to not put mushroom, instead put olives. He said ok. When i went to collect i got £7.00 charged extra. And the guy tricked on me saying that he will charge me for every topping a like to get. While they told me before that this is all what we use in general. Anyways I don’t like people who are dishonest to the customer who is coming for the first time to them. And i even mentioned that i was recommended by someone to come to you guys. Otherwise i wouldn’t know about you. But still they didn’t do a refund. But they kept on arguing about there rules and regulations which was a full joke. And just a way of charging extra money to the customers. I hope I don’t get a pizza from such people again. And if i talk about the taste it’s just average. Not really a good taste. I got badly annoyed from the whole staff. They should fix their attitude towards customers. Plus they should be honest and clearly mention the prices before having this problem with other customers too. I don’t review bad about anyone. Until someone does these things. Which is really a bad way of making more money.
Absolutely terrible customer service ordered food and it wasn’t delivered and when phoned the restaurant I was shouted at ro not phone back again and then they hang up
Use to get from here until now, ordered food at 6.20 after many phone calls and silly excuses of a band parade stopping deliveries the band parade stopped just after 6 my food arrived at 9pm, wouldn't even give it to my dog it was so bad. The smell alone would have knocked a rat out.
Waste of time and money. Used to be good but has gone massively downhill. Staff don’t read the notes on orders, so order was wrong and was cold when it arrived. Seem to hand their drivers a load of deliveries without using heater bags, so mine was probably lying on his back seat for half an hour before I got. Refund request sent and won’t be ordering again.
