   This pizza was simply inedible....raw dough, tasted of cardboard, stuffed crust was vile. Threw 3/4 in the bin. You wouldn't give it to your dog. I only chose pizza hut because Domino's wasn't delivering this evening (22/12/25). Will never be back.

   Not sure why I decided to try pizza Hut last night. Never again. Pizza was cold and wrong, missing a topping on the seasonal menu item. The driver lied to me and said he couldn't find my first floor apartment. I was watching him out the window sitting in his car smoking cigarettes for nearly 5 minutes. He didn't get out to look for my flat at all, he just couldn't be bothered walking up the stairs. I eventually went down, he opened up the boot of his car and the pizza bag wasn't even closed. My pizza just sitting there getting cold while he sat smoking. My ice cream was just flailing about his boot not in a bag. Absolutely disgusting, I will be ringing for a refund when the place opens today. Will never spend another penny in this place.

   Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and took over an hour to come when was told it would be 20-30 min. Called the store back and was told it was on its way and would be delivered in 10 min but did not come for 30 min after that! Pizza was just rotten. It tasted stale and like it had been setting out for ages. Not to mention both pizzas were made wrong. Incorrect toppings and nothing on the crust despite ordering it. This will be the last time we eat here.

   Took my money without delivering my food & ignored my calls. Violated the Customer Consumers Act 2015. Mubashir has a very poor standard of common courtesy and has zero understanding of basic service values. Lied to me on multiple occasions. After 20 years of being a pizza hut regular customer i will never take my money to any Pizza hut franchise again

   I ordered 3 pizzas one 10”garlic,one 12” with 2 toppings and a 12 with 3 toppings and 4 cookies.Toppings were wrong and the 12” pizzas are only 10 1/2”. I got 4 ice creams i didn’t order and felt sorry for driver and gave him £5 tip on top of the £55 they charged me and they only accepted cash. I phoned back 3 times and have still not resolved this matter. I told them to just give me £20 back.This was Just on Saturday but it looks like I’ll hav to speak to headquarters because how many times a week is this done???? I’m not dropping it. Trading standards would probs agree with me

   I ordered two large Pizzas and Garlic bread as well as minerals. The food was very hot and delicious. The Pizzas were indeed very large and we were unable to eat the two of them so we basically brought home a full pizza. The staff were friendly and chatty whilst we were being served which made for a pleasant experience. The place was clean and tidy. Something was spilt on the floor and staff cleaned it up immediately. No complaints certainly give staff and food 10 out of 10. Well done to all involved.

   Only Pizza Hut in N.Ireland. Used to visit the other restaurants years ago prior to them closing. Took my 16 year old daughter as she wanted to try their pizza. The guy serving suggested getting a meal to save money and served up our meal in no time at all. Will be back soon.

   Horrible pizza. Soggy mess with the dough half raw. Garlic bread was definitely the frozen slices you can find in any store. Wedges burnt to a crisp. Waste of £40. First time having a pizza hut in a few years and it will definitely be the last. Avoid

   It's better than England. Pizzas were really delicious and paping hot we had the pepperoni and I had the Hawaiian pizza they were delicious and even came with the little stools that led the top of the Box didn't get stuck on top of the pizza. Ordered on the app but payment issue it hopefully didn't go through so ordered at the counter. Buy1 get 1 free.
