I ordered a pizza while I was very hungry, but unfortunately I couldnβt eat it. The pizza was burnt and had too much sauce. The burnt taste ruined the whole experience, and I had to throw it away. Very disappointing.

I would like to share my experience with Apache Pizza regarding the discount card called Hero Card. Yesterday, I visited the store specifically to use this card when making a purchase. Unfortunately, the card was not accepted, and I was asked to provide additional proof that was never clearly mentioned or explained when the card was issued or advertised. In addition, the staff member was not respectful in the way the situation was handled. He insisted on seeing proof of my employment, even though I clearly explained that proof was only required once when the Hero Card was originally issued. Expecting customers to show employment proof every time they want to use the cardβor for a discount of only Β£1.30βdoes not seem reasonable. If this is the policy, does that mean customers are required to show work identification to every staff member in every branch each time they visit? I found this situation strange and disappointing, especially since there are many pizza places available, and I chose this branch specifically to use the discount card that is promoted as a benefit. If the Hero Card has specific conditions or ongoing requirements, these should be clearly communicated in advance. Otherwise, the offer feels misleading and creates a negative impression for customers.

I ordered a meal deal which tasted great but the service was absolutely terrible, it took ages to come then when my bf rang to see they asked for the post code but they didnβt hear it right so he asked what was the post code they just put in and they laughed and said βhow am I supposed to know you ordered itβ which was completely rude as he was just checking if they heard it right. I would not recommend ordering from this location and I will not be doing it again either, Thank you for the food but not for the attitude.

Charged me for a large when I ordered a small. Refused to give me correct change until I confronted them I told them they were completely wrong L, had to ask for receipt and show on my own calculator how much they owed me because they couldnβt do the maths themselves. They refused to give me Β£7.00 back.

Only word to describe this order is TERRIBLE. First of all, i ordered a chicken apache pizza but they didnt specify that this came with pineapples, mushrooms and sweetcorn. While picking off the pineapple i then noticed a piece of hair stuck to a mushroom. Then i was supposed to get chips but i guess they decided to give me wedges which i wasnt to angry about. The wedges came with a garlic dip but this garlic dip was quarter way full so overall worst pizza ive received

Website auto-changed my preferred restaurant location to this one upon payment, then I received a phone call claiming they would need to cancel my order as I was "outside delivery range". I was assured a refund would be issued within 24 hours. As of this review, it has been 72 hours and there has been no refund. Upon contacting the store once more, I have been informed I will need to wait upwards of another 48 hours for a refund.

Food was absolutely disgusting, the chips were saggy and not cooked well, the pizza wasnβt cut in good lines had small and massive slices on the pizza, there was hairs in the spice box had to throw it all out, this food establishment should be shut down due to poor hygiene in my opinion

Consistently good every time I order. They always remember my note about red onion on my taco fries. Delivery drivers are friendly

Excellent fast food. Dont listen to the just eat/deliveroo victims, they're just salty because they don't have the brains to call in, say hello and get some good service. Easily the best late night takeaway in Belfast City centre.
