I accidentally ordered a pizza from them I realized phoned told them the guy on the phone said he couldn't cancel the order from his end had to drive 35 minutes there and back food was cold and not cut properly at all
My kids came out of school (Park Lodge) with vouchers for a free kids meal from Pizza Co and were absolutely buzzing for a pizza. I rang up for 3 kids meals but by the time I got there my youngest had lost her voucher. I went into store and offered to pay but the really pleasant guy behind the counter told me don’t worry about it. The wee kids meals were so fresh and really tasty. We used to get out of here religiously but stopped as we live so far away but after this brilliant experience we’ll definitely be making a point of driving the extra 15 minutes!
First of all - it is really bizarre for a pizza company to include cheese as one of the three toppings of choice for your pizza - this is confusing for the customer as most pizza places have cheese as a given or is already included. Unless this is a vegan option etc what would have arrived had we chosen chicken and mushroom, and not clicked on cheese? Strange. App needs updated with option: tomato and cheese base. Ordered a 16 inch pizza. Arrived 45 mins later and it was folded in half. Driver kindly returned pizza and was very courteous. Sent it back and returned with a new one 45 mins later. Minimal toppings and not very impressed £22 for a pizza. Other places much better, sorry.
Decent pizza at good value with frequent offers. Generally quite quick. Have a loyalty scheme which gives discount on your 10th order depending on what you buy on average. Only critisism, sometimes they do not give the base you requested.
Ordered on the Pizza Co app for collection. They forgot to give me chicken wings I had ordered and I only realised when I got home. I called to let them know and they tried to charge me delivery to rectify their own mistake. 1 hour later no chicken wings, called for a refund and told me that I could claim it in the app when I couldn’t. Average food, poor customer service.
The food here is not food ordered two pizzas and dough balls for £31 quid I expect a warm pizza not sub zero should be called pizza cold not pizza co wasn't even eatable. Tuna one is the brown bin and the new York one I chucked out side for the dog it flu like a frisbee it's now in a galaxy far far away dog didn't even want it if she doesn't eat it I am not eating it. doesn't deserve any stars I love pizza and this is by far my worst order . I did ring and say to them there answer was we will make it again and send it . Nope to late waited an hour last time to drive 4 mins down the road
