I got my cookies and pizza but the cookies wet burnt! I called and demanded either a refund or a new box but they refused. I wanted the manager but he said they were unavailable. I will sue this place. Never order from here. Scammers!
Ordered food at 1.28am currently writing this review at 3.38am still no food, went down to ask what was happening as they weren’t answering the phone after multiple calls said it’ll be 25 minutes now it’s currently an hour ahead still no food absolute disgrace of customer service. (Edit food came an astounding 2 hours and 34 minutes later also couldn’t eat food as it was cold like it was just out of the fridge)
Apache Pizza North Belfast are exceptional fantastic service from the manager Graham and staff member Jordan! Pineapple was missing from one of my children's pizza and the staff were extremely helpful phoning us straight back and having another pizza at our door in 10 minutes. This establishment has outstanding customer service skills as well as your pizzas being delicious I'm looking forward to ordering again thank you very much one very satisfied customer.
App said food was ready for collection called to shop and stood for over 20 minutes waiting not a glove in sight between the 3 workers grabbing all the food with their bare hands only I had paid by card already I’d have just walked away edited as just had the food absolutely disgusting 1/2 a slice of pizza and the rest going in the bin
The pizzas are nice but 14 quid for a 12 inch pizza cmon that's a bit expensive
Foods is great ngl but only reason not getting 5 stars, I always get extra dips but they always seem to forget to put it in with my order :/

Called in to Apache Pizza on way home in the early hours. To be honest all I bought was a chip. The chips were cooked as I waited for them and when I go home just a 5 minute drive they were still really hot and they were the nicest chips I tasted for a long time. I got a copy of their menu and I will definitely be back soon and taste some other goodies. The young staff were so friendly and the premises were spotlessly clean. Yes I'll be back.
Lovely pizza for the money, basically dominos but half the price, highly recommend.
