   Been to this domino’s a good few times. Customer service aspect is absolutely shocking. I’ve waited for 15 minutes before someone has even came to serve me. Came in today and the 3 people working acknowledged me walking in the shop and waiting to be served but continued just to walk around the shop or clean. My food had been ready for 10 minutes previously and I’ve waited a further multiple minutes to be served. Absolutely shocking service in the shop! Eventually being served and told them about a collection that I can see waiting and the worker acknowledged my order but just walks away.

   To Paul Wilson the area manager, Your so called customer service and satisfaction is absolutely shocking! Your store serves terrible chicken tenders (more like strips you serve for kids) then when we email you, you not trying to resolve the problem but rather choosing to try making my wife look stupid. Use to be a supporting customer of your Lisburn branch but YOU as regional manager will not receive a penny out of us nor our family. Think twice before ordering from these stores .

   Arrived in shop to order our food - 3 guys standing at the side on their mobile phones whom we were ignored by. One girl who seems to carry the majority of the workload came back from what was maybe her break and asked if we had been seen to she quickly and efficiently took our order then went on to make put food as well!! This is the same when we have called in on previous occasions. Hands down to the lady at the counter - the place would have absolutely no customers of it weren't for you! You deserve the wage of 3 or 4 people!

   Ordered pizza for delivery. Fingernail found in food. Contacted restaurant spoke to manager who did not apologise and said it wasn’t their nail. Unbelievable and totally disgusting

   Can’t complain about the pizza but it is extremely overpriced (even when buying a deal). Delivery always very quick but if ordering to collect, be prepared to hang around in the shop for a good 10 minutes even when you’ve been notified it’s ready. Always have my pizza cutter at the ready as the pizza is never sliced properly.

   Outside paramount, ordered by app, went in to see if the order went through, it did but I was told that “you will have to come back in 50mins because your order is being processed” to say the least it wasn’t all that fast

   Order placed via app.....Went to collect in shop when it said it would be ready. Arrived and screen said 'ready in 7 mins'. 25 mins later it still said 'ready in 2 mins' and then when it said 'ready to collect' a further wait of another 10mins. Appalling! Many other customers cancelled orders. We were all spoken to as if we all were the problem......
