I had placed an order on the just eat app then 5 mins later they had cancelled it with no explanation or nothing think that is a joke
Brilliant service from Ben over the phone he was very helpful on ordering. We ordered 15 pizzas and sides and they were delivered by Adele at the time we were told they would be. Fantastic from both staff, would highly recommend. Thank you to both them and and the team, our team really enjoyed all the food.
We ordered nearly 60.00 of food. Came over hr padt it's delivery time. And it was cold. Driver took entire order back to store. Including drinks. Store then refused refund. So I paid for nothing as the product was removed.
Asked for chilli base pizza and its as if they overloaded the pizza with all the sauce they had in the shop. Was uneatable…sauce and toppings would just come flying off the pizza. Same issue with doughballs, not usually like this.
Have a very nice experience, service was amazing and my server a lad called nathan and he was so polite!!
Why not 5 star pizza? Did they think "that's good enough" and not bother making better pizza?
Good food bit slow to turn round order but then good sign of a busy place worth the wait
Usually great but just got my bbq meat feast pizza with no mustard glaze, very disappointed
Usually always order from here off JustEat, as they do good specials, the pizzas always taste great and the staff are friendly. Recently however we have had some issues with timing where the app is saying its ready to collect and it hasnt been or that the pizza has been collected and I havent recieved it. Although anytime this has happened the staff have been amazing and extremely apologetic. Their friendliness and their great tasting pizzas always brings me back. A good business overall!
