   I've used this Chinese food place a few times. Last 3 orders have become very greasy, chicken balls and chips.. preordedered on just eat app tonight. Arrived 45 mins late, driver said so what. Called restaurant told the same " so what " over late , cold and greasy food.

   We ordered sushi and chicken dishes (Chinese style and teriyaki). The chicken dishes were terrible - absolutely tasteless and watery. We had to throw it all away because we just couldn't eat it! What a waste of money! Sushi were definitely not fresh made, more like they were pre made or from a shop. At least we could eat them. Will never go to this place again!

   Sushi is such horrendous quality. Chinese dishes arent much better. Prices way too high even if the standard of food was good. We've gave it two goes now and both times equally as disappointing. Such a shame.

   Beyond terrible experience with Song catering. The customer service was beyond poor. Ordered through Uber Eats where menu items included were clearly listed but after the order was accepted Song catering rang me directly to say I needed to pay them more money to get what I was expecting or they would only send half the side orders listed as INCLUDED on Uber Eats. After reading them what was clearly listed they accepted it was an issue on their part and agreed to send all the items ordered and paid for only to ring back again another 10 minutes later to go back on their word and again refuse to fulfil the order. When I asked to have the order cancelled they did not process this and so I was unable to stop the order through Uber Eats without still having to cover the full cost of the meal. After a lengthy wait and very unsatisfactory communication with Song we received a less than impressive single half and half portion where we thought we were getting 5 full side orders included as listed with the meals we ordered in addition to the extra supplement we already paid. I have since checked the menu listing of what is included in the meals and it still remains the exact same. Will never use Song catering again.
