   I have often ordered from Zuzu (takeaway), and the food is generally very nice and arrives reasonably hot. Unfortunately, on the last two occasions, the food has arrived cold. Most recently, my salt and chilli chips and spring rolls tasted as though they had been reheated from the previous day—or perhaps not heated at all—as they were stone cold and bland. This was very disappointing, especially considering the premium prices.

   I'm VERY particular about ordered food, having come through a recent serious campylobacter ( food poisoning ) infection from another shop's takeaway menu. I have absolutely no qualms about ordering from ZuZu, though. EVERY order that I've made from ZuZu has been hot, delicious and more than plentiful. They offer three container sizes for your takeaway, all less than £10 and quite honestly, every time that I buy, I'm torn, between keeping eating, and discarding that which I can't eat when I'm too full. What a nice problem. The establishment is clean, service quick and it does have a sit-down area although I would guess that most of their trade is take-away. Still, I've never been disappointed yet - it's my number one go to for asian food and I confidently predict that it will always be. UK Food Standards Agency Rating - 5 stars.

   On sat nite decided to try Zuzu buffet what a mess everything threw into a plastic Chinese carton spring rolls soggy chicken balls soggy it was literally all threw in together with rice chip saltchilli chicken chicken curry never again surely they should have a better way than that to give to customers we do like to taste the food also whoever made the order up had a cheek to write on white wrapping paper sorry 4 mess that was the way it was written won’t be back to Zulu

   On Friday 24/02/2023 I ordered a chicken curry fried rice at a cost of £9 40, when I collected it and brought it home not only was the chicken very hard and partially cold but I also found a human hair in it, my whole family have been eating out of there for a long time but needless to say its the last time, the price of the food is not only extortionate but the standard has dropped dramatically, I will be very surprised if the management will reply to this review.    This used to be my favourite in Carrick but this last time was so bad. My noodles were missing, the duck was dry, there was no discernable duck in my duck spring rolls, which were also really really sweet. The whole thing was incredibly greasy. I don't know what's changed recently but please change it back because I wouldn't want to return otherwise.

   Food nice enough. Main issue is when you get home and order wrong. It’s always something missing. They offer to drop it up but in the meantime everything else gets eaten, ( this is the whole point of ordering a takeaway). Check your order before you drive away.

   Sat in the restaurant based on the online reviews only to find that they don't have black pepper, chilli flakes, sauces if you're to add additional seasoning. The service for sit-in is the worst I've experienced in the whole of Northern Ireland. After waiting an 1 hour and 20 minutes we learned that the order placed almost the same time ago wasn't even started for cooking so after a long wait we left cancelling our main course. I was very glad to have the main course cancelled. Veg Spring rolls were better than the rest of the starters. Definitely NOT recommended.

   Great food at very good prices, you can sit in or have a takeaway. The customer toilets was very clean. The restaurant was spotless. We had a variety of food and it all was good. Portion sizes was very big. Staff are very pleasant would definitely eat here again.
