   Last night I order two pizza as one was 15 inch and other one small and he charged me for 25 pound , as there 15 pizza price was 1pounds something and small was about 6 pounds . When I call back them as a new customer firstly I asked for price and he talked me that 14 pounds for 15 inch and 6 for small . Then I asked then why you charged me 19.99 for 15 inch pizza and he asked me that that was an offer if you order 2 pizza then 15 inch pizza price is 20 pounds. I am shocked that what’s was the offer if you order two pizzas price will increase, then he start argument our choice how we make offer , then I asked that I am not ask you for give me pizza on your strange offer , and he asked me that yes it automatically applies, it’s our software. Bad experience.

   The most pathetic experience…..opened new account online….paid a delivery fee & was told order should be delivered in 45 minutes. After 1 hour called the shop to check status, I was told it’s very busy and we kept your order as collection by mistake and then again took 20 minutes to deliver. And finally a lovely COLD pizza. Ordered it for kids but by the time it came kids have already slept. If I wouldn’t have called, it would have never come…. And when I went to report on online chat, got a lovely response - we are not at shop, contact shop, they will be able to answer. I ordered online and not on shop…????? Unfortunately there wasn’t an option to give -ve stars otherwise would have definitely done.

   I ordered a pizza for delivery . It was one of the worst pizza experiences. Hardly anything on the pizza. The chicken pizza hardly had any chicken on. No green chillies .soggy and the deep pan seemed uncooked dough. I tried to impress my family by ordering from a different place hardly anyone ate the pizza. Either management has changed or something. I did have a pizza from there a few years ago it was nice but not on this occasion. And it arrived very cold . Come on lads pull your socks up and smell the coffee. Your reputation is going down.

   Worst pizza shop i ever seen. Ordered pizza online for collection. I arrived at shop 25 mins after order confirmation. But the staff was very rude. He said they just recieved order now. When i was waiting there, i seen they were totally unhygienic not using any gloves or other health safety precautions. Not go there. Mate in your reply it seems you not care about your business. So plz check your cctv recording properly and see how pizza is made there. I am not sure how you got 5 star rating. Rubish service i will say again and again. If you think i am sharing wrong info. Please check 90% of your review shows your reality.

   Ordered the vegetarian supreme pizza instead got a sweetcorn and onion pizza did not know this was a thing. This has to be the worst pizza i have ever experienced. The food was freezing cold. There was big chunks of white onion that was not cooked, raw, and a whole can of sweetcorn. You could not see or taste any cheese on the top and the pizza base was very soggy. Ordered cheesy chips which had no cheese on the chips, you can see a pattern here with the cheese. They were cold and rock hard and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil that had not been changed for months even thou they were oven chips.Discusting food avoid.

   Good pizza.. Your Web site for online order sucks.. Absolutely rubbish website. I rather not from here. You don't deliver more than e miles.
