20 plus years ordering from them = keeping them alive and they dare to reject my order??? Food rating would be as past expirence
Honestly the food is disgustingly bad found a hair in my food and they want to say it’s cooked by a 300 degrees oven and the hair would have burnt but I saw some burnt hairs and the one in the picture was under the pizza frozen food is way better than this , this is so unhygienic if you care about your health please don not shop here the staff are rude the delivery driver even rude shouting and the top of his lungs on the phone not paying me no mind waving the food . I ordered this on food hubs I asked for the manager and they are keeping him like he is a top secretive agent just lying about his whereabouts he should be embarrassed to even have them as his employees a one year old can do a better jobs then them I will honestly reporting this business absolutely filthy would recommend service honestly horrible would have rated a zero but that is not a option I had a longer paragraph but it got deleted PUT PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH I HAVE HAD A STOMACH ACHE DUE TO THIS ‼️‼️‼️ honestly Gordon Ramsay needs to come here get them in check
This place would have got all 5 stars but due to the inconsistencies it didn't. Let me explain what I mean, I purposely over several weeks went in twice, ordered the same thing twice but in different sizes (talking pizza's here), small Margherita and then a large Margherita on my second go. The small sized pizza was lovely, well cooked, tasted great, right amount of sauce to cheese. The large however was dry, they could have put more sauce on as well as more cheese - it was a total disappointment. I also gave the large one a second day test, where you take it home and reheat it for consumption - it didn't pass that neither due to the lack of ingredients. I was disappointed with the top to even look at the base of the pizza to see if the cook was even. Will I be going back again to order the small Margherita that I enjoyed, Yes I will but I will make it known to them about the sauce and cheese.
If I could leave 0 stars I would I ordered a pizza and pizza garlic bread ,and when it arrived, it was so undercooked I'm pretty sure the dough was still having a conversation with the yeast. I rang them up, hoping for an apology, but instead, I got Mr. Cheeky telling me about his magical 300-degree oven and how he's slung out 200 pizzas today, his manners were also as undercooked as the pizza. Instead of spending your time defending your pizza oven maybe focus on actually cooking the pizzas next time? I've had warmer welcomes from ice sculptures. And to top it off, I had to spell out that if business is booming so much, refunding one measly pizza shouldn't be an issue. But clearly, it's all a facade, and they're clinging onto my money for dear life because things must be dire. Honestly, for your own safety, both gastronomically and sanity-wise, steer clear.
Mix meat and chips was average purely because the chicken donner was nice, the lamb donner wasn't cooked properly and was horrible not 100% lamb donner definitely a cheap mixed with chicken one. Chips werent very good either. The cheeseburgers were average, the california chicken pasta was nice. If was to order again would stick to chicken donner and chicken pasta. Wouldn't touch the supposedly lamb donner again.
Accepted the order and then cancelled it as apparently out of the delivery area. Why aceept it in the first place then
DON'T ORDER FOR THIS PLACE!!! I WAITING OVER AN HOUR FOR A PIZZA IT COME COLD AND VERY HARD BASE the mozzarella was over cooked I wasted £15 and charge me 5p for a carrier which they didnt no sauce come with it
Ordered pizza on the caspians app and accidentally ordered it for collection instead of delivery and paid by card The price was the same as i usually pay for extra large pizza for delivery 10.99+35p=£11.34. I phoned the shop to say i made mistake and if he can change it for delivery and he refused unless i paid extra £3 cash so i asked for full refund and he also refused.(please note i phoned straight after placing an order) I had no choice but to agree for 3 extra charge ,which would come to 14.34 total for extra large pizza with delivery but when the pizza was delivered I refused to pay the extra 3 because i already paid full price online but just clicked collection by accident and they refused to change it or cancell it even tho the price dont differ and didn't see why i should be robbed of extra 3 pounds if i could get pizza fries and coke for that price with delivery. I would like to highlight that i made the same mistake before and spoke to different person before and he changed it to delivery without any problems and the boss seems to be a scammer
Ordered food, delivery was super fast. The foods always tasty not just that I received a complimentary taster of the new loaded fries. That's is the best loaded fries i have had.
