Slow service even though pre orderd . No customer skills or real service skills. After being given my mesley portion , was then asked to give a review. I wouldn't bother
I have never had a pizza so fresh and tasty as this one. Amazing and I ate the lot.
Ordered gluten free pizza from them twice now due to an allergy and both times been given normal medium pizzas and had to take them back.
Ordered food at 6.25pm, still waiting for delivery, initially due between 7.05 and 7.15, not happy with service and no one are answering the phone. Just delivered at 7.50, not hungry now

Always use them for delivery and collection and they have never once got my order wrong. When collecting they are always friendly and polite. Extra special thanks to Ahsan who gets my order ready before I even enter the building and for going out of his way just to ask if I've had a nice day. Pizza hut delivery they are a credit to you. Ordered in store, asked to use my bluelight discount as advertised by pizzahut and blue light, the colleague on the till said he doesn't know if they do or not and just stared at me blankly for a few seconds, i then asked if there was someone who did know and they said the owner would, I said great and again they just starred at me blankly. I then had to prompt them by asking for the owner and they said oh I don't know where they are... Was really uncomfortable and awkward.
Made a surprise order online (from the USA) for my best friend! Ordering and payment was super easy, and it was delivered promptly! The staff went the extra mile by drawing a picture for me on the box! 100% would recommend for all your surprise pizza deliveries!
