Ordered food at 7.30pm..was told food would delivered at 8.15pm.8.30 pm latest. 10pm still waiting, restaurant not answering phone. Just eat informed me that my food had not been assigned to a delivery driver..Not worth the risk people, you may go hungry. Waiting on a refund. Slice of toast at 10.30pm served me better.
Do not order from here. Order confirmed but no delivery or tracking. No answer when ringing the store. Can only imagine theyβre making money off customers who cancel on Uber eats and are liable to still pay. Staff probably canβt put together a jam sandwich let alone a pizza. Disgraceful and needs reporting to trading standards.
Pointless, ordered food through justeat, and waited a hour just for them to cancel !! So I tried again and after 20 minutes they cancelled it again. NEVER ordering from here. Avoid
Never ordering again I ordered two kebabs they came so hard the Donna meet was over cooked the nan bread couldn't even eat it they where so cold. I rang then straight away the woman shoved the phone down then kept dealing the calls.. I have asked her to resend the food out. She was like my.manager will call me tomorrow.. that's no good I needed food tonight. Failed to resolve our situation.
ordered 20 mins before writing this review food was so nice i had to write a review ASAP this is hands down the best pizza you'll ever eat
Ordered from this place, it was supposed to be delivered 808pm, rang at 820pm to see what the delay was, said it would be delivered at 840pm. Attempted to ring for the next 30 minutes but phone was off the hook. Finally answered at 910pm, to be told it was apparently on the way. However, heard the lady in the background that they're just about to start cooking it, so I asked to cancel it. I'm left without food and was told they're cancelling it via the app so we will get our money back, but they have not even done that and were funny over the phone with me, even though we are the ones left without food and at the moment, out of pocket. Abysmal service.
First time ordering here and have to say I will be ordering again. The food was really good and service was great. Quick delivery and friendly staff. Also ordered a milkshake and for someone who is very picky, it was one of the best milkshakes Iβve had. Would recommend to others
