   DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THEM I wouldn’t even rate them 1 ! It’s only because it’s the lowest to even be able to review!!!! I not only experienced racism through Micro aggression by pointing at skin to suggest my ethnicity when calling management to handle my dissatisfaction But to be refused a refund in the United Kingdom ? Count your days because I will be going to trading standards for your utter disrespect. A child pulled a quarter of the pizza to find a HAIR baked into the pizza! I returned the pizza back to the No1 Pizza and they complacently and audaciously denied and gaslit my expression of dissatisfaction of BASIC HEALTH AND HYGINE concerns for hair found in my families dinner this Friday they cared 0 about embarrassment in front of delivery drivers and the police and played the victim denying be able to speak English AFTER arguing disrespectfully and becoming loud before the police arrived as well as a second witness. They tried calling the police to blame the customer for returning unfit for purpose food that was unconsumeable once the hair had unfortunately been identied by a family member 0 respect towards customers 0 manners towards customers 0 kitchen hygiene Thought they could intimidate 2 women Ans had been covertly racist towards us as buying customers ! There was NO option to remake the food or resolve the matter they audaciously refused all accountability and refunds despite All 4-5 aggressive MALES not wearing hair nets when preparing food No health and hygiene ratings on their door please see attachment I wouldn’t trust their drivers neither as they found it extremely funny that a customer returned with hair baked into their food and stood and laughed with their employer Wrong customer No1 Pizza please await to hear from trading standards you’ll be lucky to have a fridge left in your establishment once I’m finished with you Just for the £11.99 you refused and smerked about behind the officers back Please all refrain from buying their food ! As clearly they do not respect the money that passes through their till nor the wide set of customers that pass their threshold

   I usually order pizza from this restaurant. • 2 weeks agoOnce they have sent the wrong pizza • this time they haven't put all the toppings. They forgot to put "sweetcorn" on it. ~ When I called them they said "we will send you another pizza". • second pizza was looked like as high amout of sweetcorn were just thrown on the pre-cooked pizza with so much anger. • that second pizza took 1 hour to deliver and it was not warm at all. It was so cold. Not even 1 star deserving. picture and video attached

   Pizza No1 used to be a top choice in Walsall's pizza scene. Once offering mouthwatering pizzas like the Elpaso, my favourite and weekly go to for many years a long time ago. A delicious, juicy, spicy pizza that kept me coming back week after week. However, in recent years, the quality, freshness, and overall taste seem to have taken a downturn. Despite occasional attempts to give it another chance, hoping for improvements in quality, Pizza No1 continues to disappoint, with consistently poor standards, possibly worsened by recent changes in ownership. Pizza No1, sadly, falls short of its former glory.

   Absolutely shocking rude business. Ordered of Uber eats have email to prove and there delivery driver delivered to my door still on my Uber eats history they forget most of my order phone up to be screamed at and called a Lier saying I've never ordered from them and they've never delivered to me, guy is screaming and swearing down the phone. Absolutely appalled!! How are they even open???!!

   Possibly one of the best take away pizza I have had in a long time. Popped in after attending a gig in Birmingham City Centre and ordered XL Papa Luigi with extra toppings. The pizza was made perfectly and for £13 definitely value for money.

   This is by far the best pizza place in town. Excellent prices and even better food. Free delivery over 8 quid. 6 slice pizza, big bag of fries, and free delivery for under a tenner. Used them loads of times and have never been disappointed.
