   Very horrible set of people . Ordered through uber eats and i wasn’t getting any update like i usually do and when i phoned the store i was told my order has been picked up. I called them about three times they told me it wasn’t my problem and that it was picked up by uber eats. Luckily i was able to reach uber eats and was told the restaurant was to deliver and not them and that was why i wasn’t getting any update and i called the store later to confront them to only see that i have been blocked. Luckily for me uber eats refunded me back. Scams!!!!!!!!!!!!! And very poor customer service

   Best service ever!!! I ordered a delivery, but unfortunately it was cancelled by uber driver, i went to the walsall store and i was ensured by the staff for delivering my Pizza within 20 min. and guess what? I got it, great service makes my day.

   Got the wrong pizza delivered. Called up to ask them to sort it. Response was ‘don’t eat it, driver will come get it’ followed by a swift hang up. My girlfriend had already bitten into it and messed with the toppings she didn’t want, but the driver came back with the right pizza, took back the pizza my girlfriend had bitten into and swapped the stickers over and took back the one we were given to redeliver to the correct address. Huge breach of GDPR also as we now have the name and address of the person who’s pizza was wrongly delivered to our house. Samandeep who lives on S**** Road, I’m sorry that your pizza had arrived with a bite taken out of it.

   As a vegan I love Papa John's UK. They are both the most delicious and affordable option when I stay in the UK when it comes to pizza. They're cauliflower wings are spectacular and even my non-vegan fiancé loves them. Pizza is so good here and the cheese just melts perfectly! The vegan pepperoni and sausage are both pretty good but as a someone who was never a fan of meat I tend to just get a margherita after trying the vegan meat versions the first time.

   Different problem 3 weeks in a row: Barely any toppings Super large toppings barely cut like the guy preparing can't be bothered 'Large' pizza barely the size of a medium pizza (only replaced 1 pizza when we complained). I highly recommend Papa Johns overall, just not these guys who struggle with making the pizza and suck at customer service - both store staff and delivery driver smug and rude. The slogan 'love your pizza or we'll deliver you another one, absolutely free' on the front of every box is definitely not applicable here, it's more 'love your pizza and there's a 50/50 chance we'll deliver you one, but it'll cost you a fair amount of grief'.
