   Got a vegetarian pizza this night but it was tasteless like too much tomato on base and didn’t got spicy taste I asked for chilli dip but they didn’t have . I’ll never visit there again

   Honestly best takeway shop ive had in so long staff are very polite and kind delivery allways on time honestly only positive words i can give regarding the restaurant nothing bad to say food allways cooked to perfection and tasty

   Last night (18th Mar 25) I received a text from this takeaway about a "Weekday Special Offer" for a 16" pizza and a portion of fries for £9.99 - bargain I thought, so ordered via the link in the text. I chose "Deep pan" for the pizza base and I paid for an extra topping, I also ordered extra fries (just in case). Delivery took an hour which is long for a Tuesday night. The driver was carrying the pizza bag on it's side instead of flat and took the pizza out at 90 degrees, instead of flat. So of course the pizza was wedged up the side of the box but it turned out to be a rubbish pizza anyway. The base was very thin, toppings were scarce, the paid-for additional topping was missing, parts didn't have any cheese and was just dough and they couldn't even be bothered to cut it properly. The fries were both small for the price and everything was only luke warm. I called the shop immediately but the line was engaged - food wasn't getting any warmer, we'd already waited an hour and didn't have time to cook anything so we (11yo daughter and I) just ate what we could. Luckily we had the extra fries because we could only eat half the pizza because the patch-work of cheese had already hardened because it wasn't hot. Bear in mind that I'm a greedy pig and never leave food to waste if I can avoid it. A special offer does not mean food should be lesser quality. The food we received wasn't worth the special offer price. I first tried this takeaway last year (2024) after receiving a flyer saying they were under new management. As is my experience with every single takeaway I've tried since moving to the area 12 years ago, the first order was great, the second order not so great but acceptable so I order a third time, which is worse and proves they really don't care if I order again or not. I'd forgotten I didn't want to order from here again. Hopefully, I remember from now on because they don't deserve anyone's custom.

   Pizza Pan has been a reliable staple in the community for many years. Over the past 15 years, I've enjoyed their offerings on and off, and they continue to deliver when it comes to taste. The pizza is consistently nice, with a good balance of toppings and a flavorful crust. Their French fries are also a highlight, always cooked to a satisfying crispness. However, the place could do with a tidy up and a more thorough clean. While it might not be the most pristine establishment, it serves its purpose well for a takeaway pizza joint. Overall, Pizza Pan offers tasty food and remains a dependable option for a quick and enjoyable takeaway meal.

   Food here used to be ok, has gone downhill a lot over the last year or so, now its hit and miss and mainly miss unfortunately, gave them 1 more chance and still not back to original quality. Wouldn't bother with them again based on food quality anymore. Delivery time is always good and Delivery drivers are polite. Picture is of the pizza loaded fries box with popcorn chicken when the food was OK....but last time we had the popcorn chicken and strips they were over cooked and hard as seen on other pictures. Also cheese burgers aren't very good anymore either usuallly over cooked.

   The most awful excuse of a pizza I have ever had uncooked dough that is like no pizza dough I have ever had looked like a flat bread no meat on a doner pizza no extra toppings that was order ... do not order you will be very very disappointed

   Food was cold. Asked for well done pizza and got half cooked. The mixed kebab was that bad my dog even turned his nose up at it. Shocking. I will never order from there again.

   After deciding never to order from here again after countless declining quality take always we got a flyer through the door saying it was under new management so decided to give it a try, BAD MISTAKE. Ordered 2 meal deals for my sons 18th and the food was worse than ever. The pizzas were cold and dried up, was on a thin base though I ordered deep pan, the garlic bread was rock hard and tasteless ( obviously warmed up ) and the fries had all those horrible black bits on them, the only thing that was consumable was the bottles of pop. I implore people NOT to order from this place. The new manager must be the pot washer or family member or maybe there's no new management at all. I recommend Rioni Pizza Cafe, 100% fresh and value for money.
