   If I could rate 0 I would. Pizzas showed late no sides was told 1 minute they were going to be here waited 15mins before ringing, none of them had a clue the delivery bloke who told me 1 minute tried to say he never said that and then they told Deliveroo I had all my food. Idle any toppings on pizza they’re just scammers. They were laughing down the phone and found it funny we wasted £50. Do not order from these liars and scammers

   Ordered online for delivery directly through their website. Made changes to 1 of the pizzas Ordered. Called the shop to clarify they had seen the change of no cheese as the person it was for is allergic to cheese. Staff on the phone were extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Then 3rd time proceeded to laugh and speak in a different language. I ended up having to go to the store to speak to them to clarify the order as phone calls were proving impossible Staff on arrival then chose to not speak English to me, claimed they had already sent the order out which they hadn't...them refused to make the correct order or a refund. Staff also stood and laughed and being verbally abusive and rude. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff members. £40 order paid for online and then to be treated like dirt.

   This Papa Johns used to be quite reliable and the pizzas are okay but the starter that was delivered - the papa bites garlic cheese - diabolical. Old yeasty chewy dough. Terrible. Won't be ordering from any Papa John's again after this. The standards have dropped and I recommend you go elsewhere.

   Ordered a pizza for delivery, through taste card. usually service and pizzas are delivered hot and well presented. This time both pizzas were cold and one was totally destroyed in the box. Has you can see there is nothing in the box to stop pizza sticking to surface. Called Company to explained and was told to bring pizza back to shop....contradicting the whole purpose of delivery. The standards here have really gone down. Won't be ordering from here again. Cold pizza, Poor delivery service Poor customer service.

   I'm NOT ordering from this place again. Every time I order a pizza, the meat topping is getting smaller and smaller. This is not value for money. I get more topping on a £1 frozen pizza than this place. Do better and stop scamming your loyal customers.

   Ordered at lunch time, ordered chicken pizza, cheesy garlic bread strips and choc brownie. Had great deal for 60% off on collection. Upon arrival carpark is not most inviting but was empty. Lady inside appeared to be alone but was polite and friendly. Pizza was available for delivery quite quickly. After eating the pizza, side and dessert it was all very nice and would certainly return again.

   Do not order from this store please for your own comfort do not order from them. at 8:50 I placed an order.... 45 minutes I waited before I called and asked for my order only to be told they had taken my money but not processed my order, I then was offered a refund or my order be fulfilled again to which I wanted my food obviously I asked them to fulfill my order... by this time its 9:45 by 10:25 still no order no delivery I called back be greeted by a very rude ignorant lady who clearly didn't care said my order was on its way and slammed the phone down on me let's go to 10:50 my order arrives missing 2 items the pizzas are stone cold and wrong and my night is ruined. Thank you papa johns for messing up my night. Never will I be ordering from you again I knew I should've stuck with pizza hut at least their customer service is 10 out of 10.

   Ordering was fairly difficult online so had to call the store direct. The initial offer doscussed on the phone worked out as more than what I was provided online but when I questioned it, I was offered a better deal. Make sure you check for the best deals yourself as you might not always get the best one by calling in. The pizza tasted nice to be honest however was lacking in toppings. As the picture shows this is supposed to be a chicken pizza however there are only around 4 pieces of chicken on. There is a very small car park to the side of the shop with wheelchair access.
