    Management completely arrogant and out his depth.. just eat reviews are full of complains and arguing with valuable customers. Who ever writes the replies is deluded to what good standards are and how to respond to customers. I sincerely hope they go out of business with the disgrace of a so called customer service. Food was stone cold and almost 40 mins late with no apology chips missing and was told I can get the money back off my next order that's never going to happen.. tomato pizza base tastes like it was drained from a can of beans.. On the posatives if I ever fancy writing a review of the worse food places in the midlands my biggest task would be finding no.2

    Do not order from here using just eat. They confirm order and give a time slot and then call up and say they dont deliver here even though not far away and just eat says they clearly do. The man then puts phone down without letting you speak or saying bye. Completely ignorant unprofessional rude attitude and then does not answer calls back. Cancels just eat order preventing you from leaving a review

    Never order from here until you want a ear full of abuse and intimidation. Ordered a pizza and it came severly under cooked. It was doughy, sticking to my teeth, still dough in the middle, and pale. I was a supervisor in a takeaway and have worked in fast food for 5 years. I know when something is undercooked so I phoned hoping they would help but all I got was a man shouting down the phone at me saying it wasn't undercooked then saying it was the machine and then shouting about how we shouldn't of ordered from there if we have a problem, which we didn't know we would have at the time. It was very intimidating have a man shout down the phone at me. You shouldn't be shouting at customer and it is very unprofessional. Learn how to cook pizzas and learn some manners and respect because it's gonna cost you customers

    Me and my partner just had a pizza from here and i have to say it was the greatest pizza we have ever had we will order from pirate pizza more often and the prices are out of this world i wouldn't give it 5 stars i would give it 10 stars
