Part of my order missing, sent 2 wrong drinks didn't even call to ask and the wanted me to then come and get the missing order myself when it is there mistake will be never ordering here again!!!!!!
Shame on you! These guys are the worst pizza place in Wolverhampton never and I repeat again never buy pizza from them and is for your own benefit. today around 11 oclock some of my family came over so we decided to order from them and it was meant to be a delivery since they don't deliver where I live my son had to walk all the way from our house to Morrisons which is around half a mile away. it was really cold it was - 1° and he waited for more than 20 minutes. after they didn't turn up. We called them numerous times but they didn't pick up. they then sent a message saying that they couldn't make the delivery. AFTER 1 HR of waiting. Shame on you! shame on you!! I am disgusted by your behaviour. I hope no one buys from you and your business goes bankrupt
Food is alright, but they are not consistent and sometimes fair with the portions. Been there a few times where they sell me a large kebab which is not even close to a regular sized one from the many places around the city centre, and sometines portion is just about right. Feels like they purposely do it sometimes after you already payed of course which is not a great customer experience. For me the customer experience is zero stars but food is actually good, hope they fix that.
We Ordered first time from here, told them to make it nice but it was fully messed up they could not make it according to my wish, it was tasteless, And didn't receive any sauces either. Will never make order again because when I call them and ask them about there product they said OK don't order again absolutely terrible service.

As a vegetarian you get chicken in you chips when I ask for chips and cheese alono with mayonnaise that's being played with by there on customers sitting on the floor , as it a takeaway not a eat in and really rude safe
