    Starting with a positive, food is lovely , reasonably priced , don't have to wait to long for it. Negative , the gentleman who runs it is abrupt and rude , not only to his young staff members but to customers too. Maybe a little visit to the school of people skills wouldn't go a miss. We teach our children to be polite a little difficult to explain why a grown adult lacks those basic skills. No wonder the staff turn around is so great. Respect your customers as they are the ones who keep your buissness afloat !

    Came to this place at opening time and the shutters where down even though it said open online, waited for a few mins and I asked the guy through the shutter and he could clearly me but decided to ignore me and carry on with whatever he was doing, after a few more came out and started to setting up the shop slightly opening the shutter and I asked him if it was open now and again he deliberately ignored me I asked again he was rude and said does it look like it's open, it was just a polite question and then he started arguing. Never coming back to this place the the working there clearly has issues and lacks basic customer service and manners

    The BBQ Chicken Pizza was fab! The dough was soft and went down a delight but not too soft it lost its shape; so just right. The chicken was nice and tender and the sauce and cheese was nice.

    Absolutely addicted to the cinnamon pretzels from here. The veggie pizza is gorgeous too!! Staff are friendly and it's very reasonably priced. Sadly had to edit as the staff member I met recently was really quite blunt and unfriendly. I accidentally called the pretzel a bagel ( I sometimes get words wrong due to a memory issue) and he corrected me like I was stupid. I then asked for a pizza and asked if it was hot (I only asked because previously the friendly staff member automatically heated it up in the panini toaster) and his reply was ' I should hope so, I only baked it this morning'. Sorry for asking! Anyway, mr pizza man, I hope you had a lovely day.

    Best pizza, potato wedges and pretzels to takeaway in Mander Centre! Every trip to town means I have to grab a bite to eat from here. The man in charge is so friendly, polite and always delivers a high standard of customer service. And the rest of the staff are great too.

    The pretzels were fine, but customer service was not! An Eastern European girl was quite rude and didn't pay attention to what was said, so I had to come back as I wanted more pretzels. And then she seemed to make a joke in her own language, probably about me coming back. I don't think I'll be buying pretzels there again! On 2.02.20

    An amazing place with very friendly and kind staff and a great selection of different foods. Personal favourite are the variety of pretzels and I would recommend the cheese ones and the Hawaiian pizzas are great too!
