   Me and my family have been coming here for years. Over the years nothing has really changed here which is quite nice as it's nice and homey everytime we come. I recommend reserving a table before hand as it gets quiet busy at 12 and 5 but they do take walk in. It's very self service as they seat you you use the a barcode to order and then they have a make your own ice cream and a make your own salad bar. I quite like it but sometimes when kids use it they leave quite a mess. The food comes out quite fast. Overall a great place but is quite expensive as it was about 120pounds for 5people.

   First time visit and took advantage of the 2-4-1 buffet offer. We were welcomed by the manager and seated immediately. It was then explained that the restaurant is completely cashless and we would need to scan the QR code and select our order. Within seconds of placing our order for food and drinks our bottomless glasses arrived by a friendly waitress. For the price paid we were very happy although the selection on the buffet is limited and the salad was ok but not to the quality of somewhere like Harvester. I would revisit for the midweek pricing but the weekend buffet price in my opinion is not justified - unless you have a giant appetite!

   Pizza Hut offers classic pizzas that deliver on taste, but the dining experience has its ups and downs. While the food is enjoyable, service is average, and the carpark is small, however there is a larger kfc carpark next door. Tables need better cleaning as they're often sticky. Overall, Pizza Hut has potential with some improvements needed in service and cleanliness.

   We ordered a salad, side, pizza, and dessert deal for 2 on the app. We got our salad, and when we sat down, our desserts came 1st. As it was ice cream, I sent it back as my pizza was not ready yet. Next, our drinks came, then sides. The order was incorrect for the sides, so we had to send 1 back. Then the pizza came. The dough was uncooked. The manager came over about the wrong sides, and I showed him the pizza. He offered to put it back in the oven. I asked for a refund. He refunded our bill, minus the drinks as we had drank them. I feel like he should have refunded the whole bill as it was their fault we couldn't enjoy our meal. This has turned me off from Pizza Hut!

   I feel to the begining to the end, my pizza hut experience has been great! Parking is accessible. QR code, cashless payments at table which was no problem for me. It was my childrens first time having pizza hut buffet in the restaurant. They were fully satisfied and completely full! We had such great service from our server Sash. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Thank you so much.

   Visited this afternoon and was greeted with many questions before being sat down at a table. Was told that is was card payments only in store and that all orders was via smartphone which I explained I have short battery life so they will have to take me order personally. Food was lovely but desserts ain’t worth it we had sharing XL platter and sides where small. Great and friendly staff. Salad bar is very limited and was not very cleaned and maintained with dip sauces being over certain salads. But overall would visit again.
