Poor customer service, poor overall experience. Refused to honour 25% discount even though I confirmed it on the phone. Lost a customer for £7. Would not recommend and will not use again.
First time order. Pepperoni pizza stuffed crust. Very tasty. Jalapeno bites were very good, nice size. Enjoyed more than the burger meal. Chicken fillet burger, curly fries burger. Would have again personally, picked salad option, just lettuce. Not much sauce, burger was quite small. Fries had some hard and well done, flavour less.
Don't usually write bad reviews but went on website no email address so couldn't contact them with regards to how BAD our takeaway was tonight. Always been an avid supporter of a local business and had numerous meals delivered from them but today's delivery was shocking ordered pepperoni special pizza which is pepperoni onions and mushrooms it came dried up no mushrooms or onions very little cheese one slice and the rest went in the bin
Really poor quality food. Tried it a couple of times, pizza is always undercooked, had to put in the oven to finish cooking as base all doughy. Calzone cold in the middle. Staff don’t care, mentioned was previously undercooked they tried to make out they had nothing to do with it and would let the owner know!. No apology.
Will not be using again as they accepted the order waited an hour and half for delivery still no food tried ring 6 times no answer and then found out they closed, absolutely disgusting service
We ordered a delivery on just eat at 8:15 3 hours later still no food. We called up to an unhelpful answer saying it will be 30mins. 1hr later still no food, call up again told the delivery driver isn’t picking up then at 11:20 food finally arrived. Do not recommend at all
Ordered a couple of pizzas to be delivered between 5:45 - 6:15 as I finish work at 5:30. Get home at 5:50 and check status of the order on UberEATS to find it's cancelled! And at 4:30 too! No message at all. Very poor service, this was my first time ordering from Pizzarelli's but I won't be ordering from them again as I have a very disappointed son . I'd advise people to stay away
Open 7 days a week 5~11??? More like open when it wants. Second time now I've been here and it's closed
We ordered from here it said that they were open and we payed over £30 for food that didn’t even arrive. We went on the just eat app and it said that they were open and that they were preparing our food we waited over an hour until we called and no one answered the phone.MONEY GRABBERS weather it’s the just eat app or not when you go on Google it says there open so if they are closed they shouldn’t accept an order.if I could give them a zero I would especially as this is the first time we’ve ordered from them. Disappointing
