   Easily the best branch! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Last time, a lovely lady took my order, and this time Mr. Ghaffar went above and beyond — when I mentioned my dietary requirement after ordering, he made me a fresh pizza from scratch to accommodate it. Truly exceptional service! Huge thanks to him and the team — customer care like this is rare these days.

   By far the best Branch such a lovely staff and so so helpful. Last time my order was taken by a lady and she was superb. This time my order was taken by Mr Ghaffar. He was such a great help. I had a particular dietary requirement and I didn’t mention at the time of order when I went to the branch I told him and he went above and beyond he literally made me a fresh pizza to cater my food requirements. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much . I would like his names to be highlighted because these kind of customer services aren’t always available at many places.

   What a shambles! Made an order at 10 to 6 to collect, got in there at a couple of minutes past 6 and it said 6 minutes. I waited 10 and they had half my order sat waiting but hadn't done the rest. Same issue when others came in to collect that half the order was there but the rest weren't even made. The workers were shouting at eachother about it, pizzas were being mislabelled and they were taking them off and changing them, and then opening the pizzas to figure out what they were. I then watched them make both my pizzas after it was supposedly ready to collect. At 6:34 I was given my order with 2 items missing. It took 2 workers to read the labels to work out what I had ordered compared to what they gave me. They switched boxes round and I had to ask for the new cheese sauce I'd ordered which they again had to read the writing to understand what dip I was talking about. Again switched all the boxes so after 40 minutes I got in the car and drove home. Got home and realised they had forgotten my cookies as I had mistake the top box for the cookies when it was just a box simply for the dip. 2 calls later they answer and told me I could go back for them or they would refund me. Asked for a refund but I'll assume I'll have to call up again tomorrow to get it as none of them seem to know what on earth is going on. Food was hot and tasted good, but service is terrible. Thank goodness I usually use the Tettenhall store and don't deal with them often!

   The pizzas here are good and new pricing is good, until it comes to gluten free, out of 40 offers only 4 are available for gf pizzas, but all available for vegan, it really annoys me. And they know what they are doing to try and hide it, all offers are on medium or large pizzas, yet gf is small. Paying £17.99 for the smallest pizza they do, as gf Dont come on any other sizes when a non gf medium or large is five quid less is just wrong and unlike vegan we have no choice. Pizza hut and pizza express don't do this, so why Domino's, I have filled in the survey thing and no response. And also whilst I understand why, I can't see why they can't have a separate roller to cut the damned thing I'm assuming they have a separate cutter for vegan, but when I worked in a pizza shot 30yrs ago we didn't, but awareness wasn't the same then. So frustrating they do this tho as the food is great

   Wish I had have read the reviews before ordering. Not impressed! Ordered using the website and went to collect when it said it was ready. Was given the food without the drink and missing garlic bread so i had to tell them. Then had to wait for the garlic bread for another 10 mins. Other customers has been waiting long too. I wouldn’t even have been able to identify a manager because none of the staff knew what they were doing and were quite blunt and rude. Awful customer service and waited long. Eventually got the food and it was cold and one pizza wasn’t even cut we had to cut it ourselves. One pizza was burnt! I love dominoes and I have ate at other branches but would never use this one again!
