   Always ordered through Just Eat but they're not on there anymore found their website ordered for the first time off it. Easy to order and navigate website, order came 20 minutes early but didn't disappoint it was delicious as always even our fussy eater finished all hers. Definitely ordering off their website again.

   The food is always good but tonight is the final straw. Every time we order from this place the delivery time gets put back. We've been waiting an hour and a half, rang the shop when just-eat notified us the food had arrived - and the order hasn't even left yet. They said they were busy but not even a simple apology for the delay. Meant to be a family night with Chinese for my little lad but he's now having toast because he wants to go to bed, great.... Took 1hr 50 to arrive in the end. Not reyt happy.

   Ordered special vermicelli special chow mein in sauce... what I got was a dry chow mein with rice noodles... delivery was within 5 mins of ordering. I would like to know the make and model of their microwave cos I want one. Bye bye kowloon house, never again Gave them another chance. Same precooked frozen microwaved garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

   Used them for over 2 years now and never had a single complaint. Always delicious, always fresh and piping hot. Even my husband has never moaned and that's a real rarity. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else

   First time trying this takeaway, if it was only possible to give negative stars I would. Waited a hour and a half for our food only for it to arrive looking and tasting like it had been cooked sometime earlier in the afternoon. The ribs looked like someone had wrapped jerky around a dog treat (the ones that had meat on that is), the chips could have been used as nails they were that hard and the processed chicken in the curry was as bland and tasteless as the sauce. Only thing that was ok was the prawn crackers. It's very rare I write negative reviews as I usually find some redeeming qualities, but I struggled with this place. I'll pay them for their time but they'll never see another penny from me.

   First time ordering tonight, Food arrived early, everything was piping hot and delicious, excellent portion sizes for the money, really pleased. I'm always nervous to try new places but was very happy with the food tonight. Well done guys, if this keeps up you might be my new favourite chinese takeaway!
