Been using this place for over 20 years, and unfortunately a shadow of what it used to be. Given it many chances every couple of months but always disappointing. A meal for 4 arrived almost an hour late. Portions were poor and half a poppadom! Asked them to take meal back and issue refund. They refused.
Great Indian, ordered a few times over the last while and highly recommend the chicken tikka dopiaza it’s delicious with lots of flavour! Lovely staff as well.
We have been buying our Indian takeaways from Green Chilli for 20years. We occasionally try other restaurants but always return to Green Chilli. Consistently the best.
Have only experienced the takeaway service but must say that the food was spicy and flavourful and the delivery very fast, ordered twice so far and both times 15 minutes ahead of estimated delivery time. Very impressed with this Indian restaurant. After some really good Indian food from the restaurant we have just had a very mediocre meal which was missing the Tarka daal we ordered - we will not be ordering any further food from this restaurant.

Ordered king prawn butterfly there was no flavour and was only 3 in box even tho its a starter wouldn't order again for £5.99 was disappointed

Ordered through Bangor eats, no issue with ordering etc. Order was placed to arrive 7:40-8pm. I arrived home at 7pm and the driver was already at the house with the food. I sent him back as I had to get my son to bed. I called the restaurant who couldn’t understand the issue with the food arriving early. Eventually got put on to a manager who agreed to resend for the correct time. I asked can it be made fresh and he agreed. Food arrived at 8pm barely luke warm. Curry had cooked so much it was a thick gloop. Manager blamed this on the restaurant being very busy. Crazy poor service and not my first experience of this from the Green Chilli.
We’re over from London and my uncle took us here. Food was delicious and the staff were great. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back on the next visit.
